It is even more irrational to bring up that he cheated too. He could cheat with every woman on the face of the earth. That has nothing to do with the paternity of of the child. Yes, he may have other women pregnant, but that is a separate paternity issue. We know the mother is, but is he the father? That is the business and focus of the court. Him cheating? Irrelevant. She cheated around the time of conception. Relevant, as it establishes doubt.
Don't choose ones who sleep around after putting them through tests or else why test them, so you can choose them and then complain about them? "I wanted to see if I wanted to be with her." Then he sees 2 men come out her apartment.
