Sometimes, I notice the judge loves or enjoys the details of the episode... It gets so messy and off-limits most times. It was rather too glaring in this case. I think it should be a rule not to do so. Judge Judy won't take that.

1st case: She lied to her mother, the "father", and the judge, over and over and over again. Should be a jail-able offense. Paternity aint nothing to play with

Something was off from the start ...
The woman in the first case kept interrupting and kept repeating words loudly over and over. You know what this woman was like but still chose to not use contraception. People need to be a little more selective of who you want to have children with. Your bad decisions can lead to unfortunate situations and she kept putting off the DNA because she knew that the child wasn’t his and didn’t even look like him. He needs to realize that coparenting doesn’t involve intimacy. If he has gone through the same situation before, then you should use protection. It’s that simple.

I know on the first episode she's embarrassed and rightfully so. And notice her neck rolling , popping lips and extremely toxic , ratchet ghetto attitude after it was revealed it wasn't his son. The judge said to her , you said you were sure it was him and nobody else. Again , pay attention to the bad attitude.
It was obvious the lady in the 1st case was lying. If she was able to work out the logistics of getting their other child DNA tested, she could have gotten the child in question tested. She was stalling because she suspected he was not the father.
What i don't understand is ....if she was shady on the first son and father demanded a dna ...why on earth did he lay down with her again and cause more chaos ...doesn't he realise he can be a father without dip dabbing the mother ...its not a compulsory requirement lol
@@lisahadlow3421Though you're correct, I don't think that's what happened... I think after his experience of testing one child and finding out it wasn't his, he decided to test every other child born that is said to be his. Her oldest turned out to be his, this one, not so much 🤷🏾♂️
First case. I had to fast-forward after two minutes to get the results. I just could not take Ms. Hyman talking over the defendant, constantly shouting over him whenever the judge asked HIM a question. She was beyond obnoxious and self-involved. Even at the end when the judge says "You assured this court there were no other possibilities," and she goes, "I really felt that he was his son." Giiiiirl, that was not the question asked of you. DNA doesn't care about your feelings.

Some of these women are too wicked they know within their heart that the child did not belong to the man but she was only pretending too many children in this world don't belong to the man who fathered them and that is so unfair to the children.
2nd case: that man was the same man he was when he meet her. She knew he had multiple kids he didn’t take care of and she liked it.

She might have not known he had that many kids at first. He probably lied to her. The girl in second case is much younger than him and he has more life experience. He probably met her when she was actually 18 or 19. She is only 21/22 year old with their second child I believe. So he should have known better not the young girl. She was too naive and too young with less life experience to see what was going on. The man who is 30 needs to be held more accountable. Stop blaming young girl for everything. The man needs to grow up especially now that has 7 children

In the first case. You know that when the mom is so loud and over talking the room the whole time that the dad is trying to speak his case, typically, she's trying to hide something. And indeed, that was the case.

The first case: the dates clearly didn't add up but the girl won't let anyone speak. Talking so loudly when you know the dates are that close is crazy. Feels like she felt talking will change the results.

Gentlemen... this is why you get DNA test... before you give a dollar or your time... she says you are the father in or out of the relationship, go to child services yourself then request a test... wait until you get the results before I mean BEFORE you put your name on the birth certificate.
