I've been playtesting a lot with info cards for ag and the statue is super insane. I think commander at 1 is more optimal because of diminishing returns and it is not really good in the hand like you said, frame is also pretty under whelming and adds more clunkiness so I think 1 is also the best for it since most of the time you can just use it to add follow up going first and that's it. I like the idea of the gizmek frog + urgent schedule but is there a way to do that consistently going first, in my head it's a good way to recover post nib if you have advanced on board to sac the token. Box is pretty bad I think it does not really come up except in cases where you add it and fusion off dark to make a howitzer but I think if you have not gone through your cat before you summon dark I think adding cat and gt pitch cat is better but it's kind of committal so idk maybe it gives some flexibility and you can go into rank 8 play early before committing to cat but drawing box is really bad maybe adding 1 anchor drill with box is ok also to get an extra 2 bodies if you haven't normal summoned and it helps go into rank 8 plays early also to play around nib. When the statue drops gt + cat is full combo through nib going first ends on apo for 3 + photon lord and reg, and wyvern + 2 discards is otk through prosp which I think is really good in the deck also. I agree the deck pitches a lot so hand advantage is really hard to maintain so that's another issue that needs solving.
what do you think of magical hound as a target of urgent schedule instead of gizmek frog, which has the added benefit of being usable as tuner for naturia beast?
So extravagance and prosperity both turn off ancient gear advance, and that's an important part of a lot of combos to remove the body on field. As for terraforming, I'd recommend not

How often would you play the frogs?
I used ancient fear frame's cost to my benefit. But since you play plain ancient gear, you can't maximize it
