Thank you! The taste is slightly sweet, light and crisp. The taste can also be influenced by the type of honey used as well as using apple cider vinegar versus lemon juice. Cheers!

Wow I never knew that it was this easy (yet very involving) to make this kind of champagne! Forgive me if I missed it but is it through the fermentation period where it develops the alcohol? This was so intriguing! Looks great with the desert 😀
Hey thanks Darren! I had to think about that and realized it was from the Proud Asian name video! Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate it. I actually made a egg fried rice docu/parody in reaction to the Uncle Roger trend. Check it out if you like! I'd love to here what your thoughts are :D
I don't get how its effervescent?, I've made plenty wine and the process is similar this never happens , is it because of the type of yeast that's on the flowers? Also after how long is it safe to stop burping the bottles and after the 3 week mark does it spoil or can it be kept to age? Sorry for so many questions!! I am learning this for the first time
Do you think that this would work with dried blossoms? My mother gifted me some for mother's day and I'm trying for figure out things to do with the dried blossoms. Waste not. :)
Hi Cheri, dried blossoms are not ideal as you need the freshest of blossoms as it has the most naturally occurring wild yeast. This yeast is essential for the fermentation process. I like using dried edible blossoms for shortbread cookies. Perhaps give this a try? Thanks for watching and cheers!
No, the residual solids remaining from the fermentation process will sink to the bottom. With careful bottling you want to leave the bottom layer undisturbed.
All my questions on making sparkling wine has been answered with your video. Many congratulations and thanks for educating us.

Yes, during the fermentation process the sugars convert to alcohol. It's a low alcohol content at 4-5%

How Long it takes in first fermentation?

Do you have to strain it if you use yeast?
No, the residual solids remaining from the fermentation process will sink to the bottom. With careful bottling you want to leave the bottom layer undisturbed.
