It’s official! We are on to the next phase, operation close up the gap!
And prepare for my tongue tie release! With DrZaghi at the Breathe. Institute.
Currently at 31 turns of the Marpe expander, I finally feel like I’m past the toughest part. My sleep has greatly improved, and my new sleep scores and reduction in snoring are unbelievable! 💤✨
The beginning was really rough, but now, almost a month since installing the Marpe expander, the improvements make the initial discomfort totally worth it. 🙌

Next up for me after my Marpe expansion is a procedure called a Frenotomy, also known as tongue tie surgery (lingual frenulum, ankyloglossia).
