Nutrient Neutrality: Challenges and solutions for sustainable development | South Western

The CIWEM South Western branch are delighted to have two speakers from WSP, James Ellaway and Aidan Wilks Daly, who presented an overview of the concepts of nutrient neutrality and why it is important for our environment.
They covered where nutrient requirements and regulations are in place across England, selecting case studies demonstrating how nutrient neutrality is calculated. Following this, they provided highlights on the mitigation options and challenges going forward.
The presentations lasted around 45 minutes, after which there will be opportunities to discuss the issues raised in a Q&A session.
This webinar is aimed at professionals working in, or with an interest in, the water management sector and who want to find out more about nutrient neutrality. It is particularly relevant to those working for water supply companies and professionals working with developers.
