Kurkuri Bhindi
250 g Bhindi
2 tbsp Besan
1 & 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp ginger, grated or use 1 tsp Ginger Green Chilli paste
Salt
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Oil
Juice of 1/2 lime (About 2 tsp)
Chaat Masala to sprinkle on top

This was my second air fryer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The last one worked fine but was large and a bit loud. This one is outstanding. It is smaller overall but still has plenty of capacity. It crisps the food better. You don't get one side soggy if you forget to turn it over. It is pretty quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, and works great. It chimes to alert you to functions, like when to turn over food that benefits from that. The automatic pre-heat is great. The display is large and easy to read, the light inside is actually useful. The window is worth the extra $10. It looks good sitting out on my counter. I haven't been this happy with an appliance for a long time. Good value for money.
All these deep fried food items are so easy to prepare in Air fryer and it works well as per the name and Borosil is superb 👌👌

When u preheat the airfrier pl make sure parchment paper is not inside or it will burn..place it only after pre heating. I am using airfrier since 5 yrs..its amazing.

Nice video but what is the purpose of an Air fryer if you are using parchment paper and blocking the air flow. Just wash it after each use

but for home cooks or housewives who have been using traditional frying or roasting techniques, how to know what time and temperature each dish will require???
You will get a booklet which would have basic recipes. You can then estimate for your own recips for how long to cook and at what temp to cook. You can also remove the basket between the process and check through fork/knife whether the vegetables are cooked or not. The only downside is you cant cook anything which has too much liquid or runny texture (eg pakoda)

The oven is mostly used for baking things, not frying. Air fryer is an alternative of deep or shallow frying. I can't think how fries or samaosa's will look after baking haha..

80 percent . Not bad if u really want to cut down oil consumption. U can eat it .

I just had a question, I agree oil consumption reduces a lot but the basket is a non-stick coated one, so can u pls let me know when we cook under 200 temperature aren't unhealthy fumes going into our food. and as it has been proved that non stick is unhealthy for us . can u pls share your views on this. thks

Yup , air fryer with Teflon coating basket is not good for health.
I think if we put a parchment paper or aluminium foil in the basket then the chemicals doesn't get into our food. Also, the chemicals starts getting into our food only if the basket is scratched.

Microwave works on Radiations & Air fryer is different. It works on heat & fan.. it is much much healthier way to cook

Probably not an good idea.. as I have never see. Anyone do it.. unless it’s instapot with air fry I think that has an option of putting steel things

Use good quality baking paper with perfect size
Use silicone liner with the holes. It is reusable.
Never preheat with parchment..place parchment only after pre heating
'Tippani' means 'comment' and not 'tip'!
Putting parchment paper defies it's purpose. There's no proper airflow
