Why do people give negative comments about not getting proper benefit...he's showing Asian Daba style cooking which is an amazing idea and it's healthy as food is not receiving direct heat source...well done Chef!

Mr Sanjay, I tried your dabba biryani many times. It gave consistant results with beautiful aroma in every attempt. No burning no sticking. Temperature selection suggested by you (180 & 140 degree centigrade) is excellent. Of course the temperature/timer repeatability of this Philips airfryer is also unquestionable. Your recipe is amazing and a new invention. I should consider this recipe to be a Prize winner.

I purchased my Philips Airfryer 8 years ago from the UK and its still doing its respective job. I do all my cooking in the airfryer. It was a nightmare cleaning off the oil and messy things daily from the stove and wall. The airfryer does everything. Oilless french fries. Mutton and meats are cooked on 160°C. I tried this mouthwatering😛 recipe too. Didnt have two ingredients but it was just great. The smell of spices filled the house. Neighbors paused to say it smelt good. Thanks for sharing and caring. 👍👍👍

Thanks for this recipe. Your methods are quite simple and affective. I have hardly ever cooked anything but this airfryer recipe has won my heart cause I have one too. Just tried your tandoori chicken recipe and I'm definitely going to try this one too.

I really enjoyed watching you make Biryani. I didn't think that would be possible in an air fryer!
