*37 UNITS* LAPD Responding Code 3 to Protest

Here you will see 37 Los Angeles Police Department units responding to the UCLA campus for a protest. All units in the city were put on tactical alert due to this major incident. The units seen here responded from all over the city to a staging location and then went in a convoy to the campus.

@@kendallevans4079 Not sure about LAPD, but how it works in some departments I've seen is the old timers who drove the crown vics all their career are the guys who are keeping them in service as their own personal cruiser. They retire the crown vic when the officer retires.

I've seen many of the NYPD cars are really banged up but they have the weather out there and salted roads. Here in S. CA most of the LE vehicles seem in great condition.
