because there is some warning at portal
"*Note: Dear user, in case you haven't done Tax Clearance after paying tax for a particular period, then please contact your RTO for tax clearance to avoid any kind of penalty and extra tax payment."

Not sure why the warning but just make sure that once the renewal process is done, log in to the portal again after a while and check if the next due date is visible. If yes, then nothing to worry.

What is the renewal procedure for BH Registration for those persons who retired from service. Whether they are eligible to continue it or not?
Ma'am I have registered my BH no in Uttar Pradesh and now I renewed my BH no after 2 years. I have downloaded the doc but at the bottom of doc it is written I have to collect original doc from RTO office. Is this downloaded doc is sufficient for further Insurance claim if n when required. Please reply 🙏
You can buy a car from one state (Telangana) on temporary registration and get the permanent registration done in your home state where BH registration is supported.
Catch is, you may have to drive your car to home state if RTO office wants to do physical verification else it may not required.
Also, the tax calculation should be done on basic price + cess (excluding GST).

I am living and working state not have bh registration . Can i buy in other state ?
I was also charged at the Exshowroom price in west bengal ,thought of taking up with the RTO but in the meantime transferred to Vishkhapatnam. Here i was told to deposit life time tax and take refund after getting transferred from here and i had no option but to deposit lifetime tax .Since the price of vehicle was appearing as exshowroom here also ,i was charged higher rate of tax .Were do i have to take up to reduce the vehicle price in the portal so that i can take up for refund from both the RTOs .
Just for information that Andhra Pradesh has not adopted BH registration.

The vehicle entered is not registered at RTO JALANDHAR, Punjab. Please either enter Vehicle Registration Number registered at this RTO OR change the

But dealer is telling high not as per tax percentage given in notification of gov
Tax should be calculated on basic price + cess but excluding GST

You can also get refund if you have paid more.
I came to know that we have to pay 10k tax for every year after 14 years in BH registration is that true ?

Yes that’s true but tax price will depend on the cars invoice price. Thats because even for state registered vehicles, after 15 years you will have to pay the taxes again and get the registration renewed.

No
As of now there is no provision for retired employees to avail BH registered number

No need to provide form 60 during tax renewal
If I have purchased BH registration vehicle from my home state and staying at my working location (other state), so during renewal of BH, I have to pay road tax for which state?
And if I want to renew BH series for the already registered RTO (home state), will there be any problem in other states?

During renewal time whichever state you are residing at, you can pay for that state.
@@CookEatWander One small doubt here. If we select the RTO of the state where we are working, it's not showing in the portal since the vehicle was registered from my native RTO. In that case what to do? Shouldn't we pay the tax for the state from where we purchased the vehicle?
Mam mere gadi maharashtra BH no. hai aur mera transfer ho giya hai .mera address RC me change ho jayega kiya.mera state punjab hai.

It’s not compulsory to change but if you want you can get it changed.
I think, address change is kind of mandatory so that tax amount can reach to respective RTO state where you are currently living.
Think, you can change online as well from mParivahan.
But please double check with RTO office.
