I'm only at row 7 right now, and I'm already loving it. Just a thought, the audio cuts out for row 6. Is that another increase row? I couldn't quite tell. Thanks for the lovely pattern!
I want you to know how much I enjoy your videos! I find you very relaxing to listen and watch you. I think because of that I am able to follow your direction and actual make what you are teaching! For me that is amazing!! Thank you so much!
Thank you Sarah very much for this pattern. It took me a few tries this one, but I didn't give up anf it is fabulous! Seasons Greetings 🎄 and kindest regards.
This is a great video and a pretty stockings. I love how clean the color changes are. Some tutorial have you start a new color with a slip knot which is sloppy in my opinion
Oh ahh...Michael’s is of course having a yarn sale. Buy one the second is 50%. You have perfect timing. And my son just asked for stockings for his family of five. Lol. Merry Christmas and thank you for the pattern, it’s lovely, quick and looks easy👏🏽👏🏽🤸🏽♀️
You could just use 1 strand and use a 5.5 hook for a little smaller stockin. Or you could use 2 strands of #4 weight and follow her hook size and should be same size as hers
Hi! I believe your audio cuts out for audio 6. The first stocking I made I ended up having to read the written pattern after finding out I was short 5 stitches after finishing the heel work and upon watching again for my second stocking I think that’s where I got off count
Beautiful and love how you do the heel. But have a question...Does the seam end up on the back of the stocking? Ive not found any videos yet explaining how to get the heel centered with the back seam so you can hang your stocking either way.
I’m new here and just subscribed. Love this stocking! You are really easy to follow. I wasn’t confused at any point.😅😂(Which was a little shocking to me. Love it!)
There are discrepancies in the video vs the written pattern on the foot rows 2-14, and sock rows 3-22. Video says turn your work; written pattern states do not turn.
Same here... but I did a few “trial and errors” 😅 and what worked out better for me was to put a stitch marker in the beginning of each round and remember to do a last hdc right before that slip stitch, single and turn... and then back with the marker for the next round...
@@jenmarkgren1996 I was having trouble too so I looked at the written instructions. The video says to turn your work for the foot. The written instructions say do not turn your work for the foot. It would be helpful to do a couple more rows of the red foot in the video to see. Funny how things look so easy till you do it.
i have even improvised and added the Cranberry Christmas Stocking cuff to the Simple Christmas Stocking Pattern.
Love how it works up so fast, and you're verbal instructions are just perfect to follow by. Thank you!

I like how you do the color changes and weave in the ends other tutorials don’t do this.

Hi Sarah figured it out and I’m so happy with how it turned out it’s exactly what my daughter wanted thank you ☘️☘️
Perfect! Wonderful to hear!
I absolutely love this pattern. I was just wondering how I could adapt this for worsted weight yarn and still achieve a nice sized piece? ☺️
You could just use 1 strand and use a 5.5 hook for a little smaller stockin. Or you could use 2 strands of #4 weight and follow her hook size and should be same size as hers
😍 I'm so happy I happened to check my TH-cam subscriptions today! This looks like such a fun project I will have to give it a try ☺️

LOVE IT.
Thank you :)
When you start with the color, you begin with a slip stitch, do you end with the round a half double crochet?

Is there any way to know the size this would turn out if you used a #5 bulky yarn?

Do you turn the stocking “right side out” before doing the cuff?
What do you do for row 6 of the toe???
Hi Sarah I’m nearly finished this stocking I’m on the cuff but my puff stitch is the wrong way around what did I do wrong HELP 🤭
Could it still work if you just use normal yarn
Does it work with thinner yarn ?
I cannot figure out at what point it's changes from 25 stitches to 30 stitches

@ 6:31 I lose sound?
BELLO

Where’s the instructions for round 6z. Did everyone just guess? Lol
Not a lot of instruction on the rounds I need more detailed instruction as where to start and stop each round even as a moderate beginner
