Ferris does build some zero turns for Stihl but they were not bought out by Stihl. Briggs & Stratton owns Ferris. B&S filed bankruptcy in 2021. An investment group purchased B&S.
The deal was done with Stihl to build some mowers for them before they filed bankruptcy, or the investment firm was involved in any shape or form.
