I drink Starbucks "Blonde" roast, but use cheap (under $100) barista coffee machine, less mess and arguably best possible flavor and also quicker to make. Often it comes out with a creamy/foamy top thanks to the 20 bar pressure pump.

I blend mine, usually Starbucks Verona with Lavazza Crema beans, finely ground for a brain melting Turkish coffee.
