the strategy that i use is doubeling when i lose a round. so when i won a round i get al the lose back + the win of the first bet. use this strategy only when you have enoug money so your changes of winnning money are bigger.

That is something that happens by luck, not skill. Even a card counter would need to be lucky for that to happen. So, it is not really something that you can try.
Basic strategy is hitting, if he didn't hit, the dealer would have gotten 18, so he would lose. In the long term hitting with 16 against 10 is the right play.

After many games, you would be ahead more money if you had never taken even money than if you had taken even money. Also, I am so not taking even money if I bet $1M. If so much money is on the line, I need to maximize my expected value. There is a 9/13 chance that I will win $1.5M.
