- If you were to play Blackjack EXACTLY as the book said, how do you think you'd do? In this episode we play EVERY hand against the dealer with perfect basic strategy and exactly per what the book says! No variation, no change. We stay when it says stay, hit when it says hit, double when it says double and split when... well you get it! haha! Let's see how this goes
NOTE: We are not a casino nor professionals. We are just having fun playing the game. We are not responsible for any decisions, losses, wins, etc. you might make based on our videos. Have fun and play responsibly!
Basic Strategy says NEVER EVER buy insurance. Table rule states that dealer STANDS on all 17's........good for the player. Also dealer pays 3:2 on blackjack good for the player.
Remember prior to playing ALWAYS look at the table rules. NEVER EVER play a 6:5 blackjack table. As an example on a $100 bet a 3:2 table will pay $150 while a 6:5 table pays
only $120.
Great video guys. Thanks for posting.
At 14:00 the second hand is player 12 vs dealer 3. Basic Strategy calls to hit and dealer says he never hits. The reason for hitting is that there are 9 cards that will make a hand for the
player while only 4 cards that will bust.
math is hard for u? Its at 13:00 not 14....
Why are you criticising the book? Mathematically it's the correct play! It doesn't guarantee you a win! 😇
What was starting bet and was it flat bet beside following 5he card hard to tell from above
All hail Basic Strategy! ✊ LOOLOOLOOLOO!!
Lmao the insurance part crack me up. Subscribe, thanks for the video guys
It works!! 😃
16 vs 9 and 10 is a surrender my good sir LOL
just tried using the Blackjack card online and went from $100 to $400 in just 30 minutes doing the martingale System Started from $2 starting unit only issue was table max bet was $80 i still didnt reach near the max table limit so im happy :D max i got too was a $32 bet
just an fyi, martingale increases the chances that you walk away with a win, but when you lose, you lose more. And it is losing in the long run. I had a friend lose $1300 after losing 8 roulette spins in a row from martingale. make sure to walk away and not do it often!
@@saytoefish92918 L’s on a $5 starter bet is insane
@@saytoefish9291 ouch if you follow basic strategy and lose 8 times in a row. but i might just try the martingale and basic strat combo. looks promising
insurance for a blackjack hand is even money instead of 3 to 2.
Hey gents how many decks did you play?
Few errors not by the book. As a blackjack dealer I can tell you this is rarely the outcome of a single shoe with basic strategy.
every time i play basic strategy i profit while betting only minimum why do you think that is?
I am curious about which errors you feel they made? Were they in play or in statements?
@@johnstewwy881Because you either got pretty lucky or lost count on your losses. By playing basic strategy you only loose less, i.e the edge of the bank is (a lot) less.
Here’s dealer and 1 player by the book but then you add 2 or more players now you have a different scenario and your in the hands of the other player’s who are playing by their book!
@@db792spoken like most. Math is math, your loss can be mitigated by using your brain. Basic strategy doesn’t change because there’s more players. Study a little harder and you just might get there. If other players at the table are why you think you’re losing or winning, you don’t understand the game your playing.
Player 12 vs dealer 2 or 3. Player should HIT BECAUSE against dealer's 2 nine cards will help him while only the four ten value cards will bust him. Against a 3 only five cards will bust him while
8 cards will help. Basic Strategy.
Your book is wrong. You're supposed to split 8 and aces always. You can't fault the book on every loss saying it failed you. And you're supposed to double hard 11 against 10.
I agree with you. They are using the wrong blackjack basic strategy which is for no peak but they are doing the peaking.
Surrender the 8’s Vs the face cards
The book was made using computer simulations which depend on a full or mostly full table to "play out" correctly.... a person didnt "write the book" a computer simulated an uncountable number of hands and then recorded which moves won the most. This chart or "basic strategy" is the result of these simulations.
Also how can the dealer be showing 12 to hit 12vs12?
I feel like these dudes just get really lucky at the casino and are blaming the book for it.
You got no clue what you are talking about, no offense
It works thanks to the law of large numbers, it doesn’t have to be a full table either lol buy something from Standford Wong if you Wang to learn for real
The book is working fine but you need to learn your variations too
No lol
@plneet3504 yes lol....smh
At 10:48 the dealer paid on 18 when dealer had 20. I want those odds in Vegas!
dealer had 22, busted
That’s 5 not 3 mate
He was betting more then $5 a hand ??
Flat betting is a sure path to ruin.
Your book has some errors. You should split all aces and double your 11s against 10s
Also, your friend kind of seems like he has never played blackjack in his life haha... He most likely loses a lot of money in the casinos and will continue to be a losing player until he learns better strategy. I know it's all for fun but yeeeeeaaaaa!
Basic strategy is the ONLY proper way to have a chance in the long run against casinos.
@@DonFinesseTV variations
Seems like the book for EU Blackjack where dealer one has one card, whereas American Blackjack dealer has two cards.
Not when the dealer doesn't peek for blackjack. The book is correct with these rules.
Also, you are still a losing player with perfect basic strategy. I would still use it to make your money last longer, but you will lose in the long run relying only on that.
You are not playing by the rules. That chart says the dealer doesn't peek for blackjack, yet you did the whole time. What's the point of using a basic strategy chart for that rule if you aren't going to follow it?
15 v dealer 10 is surrender IiI bro
ONLY if they have it; most casino in the US do not have it anymore.
@@nancypickering8217 most? All near me have it
Omgg
What????
I play with 80% basic strategy and 20% gambler’s intuition.
There is no such things as "gamblers intution"--BS, maybe but you are really just a plain gambler!
@@nancypickering8217 Yeah, it’s just another way to say gut feeling… but for gamblers.
NEVER take insurance! Im done here....they are not playing right and book is wrong.
These are the players I hate playing with at a BJ table. Awful.
Why? This is by the book.
Their book is wrong! And he mentioned he told a player the wrong move in Vegas.
He hit 12 against 3. The right move. Dealer says he never does that. Dealer is wrong! He's NOT following the book!!!
He hit 12 against 3. The right move. Dealer says he never does that. Dealer is wrong! He's NOT following the book!!!
This video is misleading. Most of the time you’re losing your money. There are good days like this tho 😂
100%
@@Right2PlayFutbol Wrong. Basic Strategy is the only way to play.
No, perfect basic strategy will give the casino about a 0.5% edge. So long term you BARELY lose. So this is accurate because there is alot of variance in blackjack, up days and down days. This happens to be an up day.
@@huckleberryfinn8795 that's what gambling is. There's no perfect way to always win. That's why it's a gamble.
@@huckleberryfinn8795 that's why everyone need a stop profit in this strategy.
How can you guys have a TH-cam page that has the title blackjack in it when you don't even know how to play and the dude dealing is like the worst dealer I've ever seen in my entire life? I just don't get it how people can make videos about a subject when they know absolutely nothing about the subject WOW!
well hes won over 4 million dollars , how much have you won ?
No point in having the other guy. He is a complainer. Just skip to the end.
