I will try to answer as good as i can! 1. I dont like the dorans ring IMO! its a item you will always sell in the late game no matter what refillable with mana crystal just makes it easier to get lost chapter which is your power spike. If you get rekt early you can always TP back which is rlly good 2. this is what ive been debating in my discord for a while.. some say presence of mind and coup de grace which is decent.... i like magical footwear = free 300g + either biscuits or futures market or minon demat, im not really sure why ppl would go cosmic insight on malz anymore. you could go for ulitmate hunter and cheap shot or taste of blood + ravenous hunter or combine any of thoose which is pretty strong too. tryem and see! 3. I usually go attack speed here depending on the matchup. If its a matchup you can easily go forward and E, aery+scorch+ 2 ap runes is really good for early poke dmg! If its a scaling matchup = free farming, you could go CDR or which ever one you like. 4. I really like the cdr boots! it makes your flash come back earlier and gives you 20 ability haste for 600g! I usually go CDR boots if im gonna buy void staff early so if they stack MR i go cdr boots but if they have a full squishy team that goes full dmg mode i go sorcs but prob wont get void till late game if that makes sense. 5. Yes! you have to know your prices and look how much gold you get from futures market (when you check your runes you can see how much money you can buy for from futures market) 6. If i got 1-2 autofills or if i get VERY low winrated players... 7. HM! many high elo players goes comet and i think they do that vs a hard matchup or a matchup you really cant poke down the enemies so you get an extra burst when you R someone. Aery is just the best THO since its undodgeable and will always deal some dmg. Ive been experimenting with phase rush and it can be VERY useful! escaping ganks or trying to catch enemies easier. Phase rush + ryalis is VERY strong late too! for escaping or catching. 8. IMO this is hard to answer... i really like tp since its like a 2nd life, you can play ignite vs some easier matchups (which isnt many) but i would always opt for teleport in most games since you can prob still one shot ppl with your items and R late game anyways Hope this helps bro!
And to think that I was just in the idea of playing Malz for a laugh (and the bee skin) but now I want to play it at the limit of the OTP, thank you for all this tips and quality content

Mentality is key regardless of game and in life as a whole. Was the Dark Souls community back on 2016-ish that taught me how to actually have fun and play PvP games for the sake of the game instead of worrying about arbitrary numbers and my own ego. I get it sounds a bit backwards but the less you concern yourself with your elo number the more you'll improve and learn. I've noticed the enjoyment I experience tends to directly effect my performance in a game. Emotions tend to be contagious so if you're in a good mood then that'll potentially rub off on those around you. Flaming teammates only worsens your situation while encouraging them can have them play better. I'm telling you, it's the team with the better headspace that wins. Get some communication going, throw down wards for vision and keep that head of yours in check and you'll improve.
this is true, when no one is pinging or like "WTF ARE YOU DOING" in a game, you feel so relaxed and you can get over your misplays alot easier and just keep tryharding... i think its the pings and just the random question marks that makes us bring out our ego and talk back... Im not sure how but i will inactive chat probably. This is good tips tho! thank you bro😘

Hey mate! I will answer the best i can! 1. TBH this is REALLY hard to answer..... I think he is in a GOOD spot for sure, he is really strong mid/late game BUT, there is just too many healing items atm, dashing items,shielding items and malzahars burn isnt penetrating some games... also the games are so fast tempo theese days... games end before 25min sometimes and you need some time to get 1v9 potential. BUT he is very easy to play and learn and the LP will for sure come 2. So demonic embrace does 1.2% of enemys max hp. If lets say enemy team has no tank, the burn wont really do alot of DMG so you can opt for another item (rabadons,ryalis,zhonyas,void etc). But i usually go demonic if i see enemys have around 2-3 tanks. 3.Well this goes back to question nr 1, you dont really see alot of masters/challengers OTP malzahar since again, he is very weak early game and needs time to scale, challenger games are REALLY high tempo and if your jungler gets invaded or is contesting scuttle and you HAVE to 2v2, i mean.... depending on the jungle matchup its very hard to win 2v2s early so ppl opt for stronger early game champs.... but then again, I will prove he is climbable in masters too! THIS SEASON WILL BE MINE

Great content! Watched the whole video. I'm sitting at almost 70% win rate with Malza right now on G3, but sometimes in this meta it feels like you can't 1v9 even in late game, others mid champs can snowball way harder than Malza, what do you think?

Ive played a couple of tf games in this season and ive felt ive had 10x more pressure on the map.... but malza is like a automatic laning game for me.. i dont have to focus or play 100% correct if that makes sense... with something like a assassin or like twisted, you need to have good focus and concetration IMO.

I used to main malzhar at season 8 when he was op i and i hit master . But now he is kind weak and needs alot of farm and atleast 2 to 3 items to scale and he has alot of bad match ups as well . Honestly i feel like what they did to his voidlings just made him out of meta and good players just kill you voidling and you could lose alot of cs . I'll give him another try and see how it goes
Yeah!! the voidlings arent as strong thats true, but after lostchapter you can clear waves with Q-E only but it will be draining on the mana pool a bit.. it works.. but not as strong for sure! tell me how it goes 😋
I like your advice... but tbh that Yasuo mid ... 9/10 are super aggressive and slice through them minions and use their knock up like 24/7 ..... I have never had a game with a passive Yasuo like that.... would be nice to see you vs a super aggressive Yasuo
He plays aggro if you let him play aggro, league is like boxing, he takes openings he sees, if you dont give it he cant take it. Ive face 3mil yas points in d1-master elo, i use same strat like ive always done and thry cant play aggro if i just freeze it close to my turret. Ofc if u misplay waves ur gonna lose it, nothing do to with the yas player if you can control the lane 😁❣️

Idk who would say you had a very good jungler in the silver game. He wasn't bad but if you and Diana switched teams shyvana would look like him and he would look like shyvana lol. People don't understand its very easy for khazix to do his job when Diana has no entry into the game and you can move first. Shyvana actually got first dragon, first rift and shut you down on the bad dive and got off first successful gank on bot where as kha killed Diana when she was oom but Diana had already lost that lane anyways already. (She was oom u were building a really big wave to recall on with the push...)
Ahri is like xerath matchup, with your shield up, you wanna stay outside your minons to force a Q on you and if she Q you, hopefully you dodge it or your shield takes it but if your shield takes it you are free to E-W wave cuz without her Q she cant really clear fast enough so you´ll have a push and hopefully youll have your shield back up for the next wave again so you can just repeat it :3 ❤

The general stuff of your guide are fine but when it comes to malzahar, i respect your mana heavy build with PR but the fact you don't value rilays a lot is absolute heresy. Amazing item on malz. Also movement speed has more value than cdr so swiftness boots are better, especially when you have magical footware. Furthermore, ignite gives you early kill pressure, tp is situational
Hey fellow malzahar lover 😁 so against viktor/lucian its all about giving them the shove early since they are very hard to fight early lvls, with ekko you can contest push early since he is a meele champ and you can try to zone him. You want to get lost chapter and then you can start playing more aggro 😁
@@RiseSoup give them the shove as in let them push you in, you dont wanna really spend alot of mana forcing to push, just AA or try to last hit as good as possible, if viktor or lucian spends their spells on minon then you can either E him or E-W wave but id opt to E them instead and just trying to AA minons.
@@RiseSoup yeah i faced an old chall viktor player and it really shows difference between good and bad players, he literally zoned me lvl 1 with his Q.... he had electrocute and just stood infront of my minons and traded with his q everytime i walked up..... i cried all night :)
Ok I dont want to be the typical person to blame my team but I often find myself in games where my team gives 20 kills in under 10 min, how do I as a mid lane malz over come situations where my team is far behind?
This is very hard and this is the thing that makes most players tilt since when you are playing good and ur team isnt... its mentally taxing... the best thing you can do is keep your focus, keep farming and look to help your team as much as possible... either by warding, roaming, grouping.. but sometimes if your team is TOO far behind, you might not even win 3v2 bot for an example.... but then again, not many champs can do anything if your team is too far behind

So malz top is alot harder then malz mid since the lane is longer in a way... there is no to hard shove early as top lane malz... youll need items for that :(
You make it look easy to play with Malz but its not. All the assassins destroy me. :( Zed, Yasuo, Talo, Yone, Akali, Katarina etc... Plus all the jungles jump on me and Im dead :(
I try to do the same. Slow Pushing/Freezing the wave and pressuring the enemy when He goes for last Hits.. Only difference is this totally fucks up my cs because im having Problems on keeping an eye on both at the same time.

Ahri is like xerath matchup, with your shield up, you wanna stay outside your minons to force a Q on you and if she Q you, hopefully you dodge it or your shield takes it but if your shield takes it you are free to E-W wave cuz without her Q she cant really clear fast enough so you´ll have a push and hopefully youll have your shield back up for the next wave again so you can just repeat it :3 ❤

The general stuff of your guide are fine but when it comes to malzahar, i respect your mana heavy build with PR but the fact you don't value rilays a lot is absolute heresy. Amazing item on malz. Also movement speed has more value than cdr so swiftness boots are better, especially when you have magical footware. Furthermore, ignite gives you early kill pressure, tp is situational

I am a malz lover myself and wanted to know how to play the lane levels 1-6 in mid against Champs like viktor ekko and lucian.
Hey fellow malzahar lover 😁 so against viktor/lucian its all about giving them the shove early since they are very hard to fight early lvls, with ekko you can contest push early since he is a meele champ and you can try to zone him. You want to get lost chapter and then you can start playing more aggro 😁

@@RiseSoup give them the shove as in let them push you in, you dont wanna really spend alot of mana forcing to push, just AA or try to last hit as good as possible, if viktor or lucian spends their spells on minon then you can either E him or E-W wave but id opt to E them instead and just trying to AA minons.

@@RiseSoup yeah i faced an old chall viktor player and it really shows difference between good and bad players, he literally zoned me lvl 1 with his Q.... he had electrocute and just stood infront of my minons and traded with his q everytime i walked up..... i cried all night :)
Ok I dont want to be the typical person to blame my team but I often find myself in games where my team gives 20 kills in under 10 min, how do I as a mid lane malz over come situations where my team is far behind?
This is very hard and this is the thing that makes most players tilt since when you are playing good and ur team isnt... its mentally taxing... the best thing you can do is keep your focus, keep farming and look to help your team as much as possible... either by warding, roaming, grouping.. but sometimes if your team is TOO far behind, you might not even win 3v2 bot for an example.... but then again, not many champs can do anything if your team is too far behind

Hey man just wondering do you hard shove like that when you get put in top lane as well?
So malz top is alot harder then malz mid since the lane is longer in a way... there is no to hard shove early as top lane malz... youll need items for that :(
