@@cookingwithsindaco I didn’t say you said that, I never even hinted that, I was giving an opinion based on our eating habits that have been killing us over in the Ghanaian communities across Europe. We don’t like medical checkup. Fact. And we don’t eat healthy. Again, fact.
The number of high cholesterol related deaths in our diaspora communities is really high. Too much red meat, late eating, lack of exercise coupled with over-moderate alcohol intake, that is the life of most Ghanaians abroad. Fact.
Over in Ghana, junk food has taken over. When they die young, they blame others.

I don't know where you have been to or seen ,but I personally believe it because it day time so off the light... I have a different video about restaurant and it a total different thing
You need to stop your crap. That's why we're spread all over the world. Because different tribes can't get a long. So now we're all over the place. Stop talking about each other and lift each other up.

Whilst we may like to share food with others, i believe we dont like to eat gra gra gra openly and in public, so it could be cultural.
I understand in Japan if you eat out in the open you have committed extreme sacrilege, like wise females from that culture are expected to speak in a certain why and they are sticklers to these often repressive ideas. Apologies to Japanese using this example.
Quite frankly it is unbecoming to see Abeku or Ramatu with a hint of errant abenkwan dribbling down the chin out in public so dimming the light is a good concealer.
Of course to other people this may make things prohibitive and daunting but surely there is a better way to start and articulate a conversation?
So even in civilised countries, Ghanaians still behave bush. They was their hands without soap BEFORE they eat, and then use soap AFTERWARDS.
And when they get sick, they call it a "strange disease" and go to pastors to pray for them.
