This is my 1st session. I'm back in Nashville. I've just moved from San Diego. I was there for 6 months in a very progressive rehab. I've been sober for 7 months now & life has changed very much. I need this channel my life. I'm so grateful to have found you. Thank you. What you do is beautiful.

Huge life changes going on in my world! My house is being sold, and I am moving from Georgia to New Mexico. (No Anna, because of Covid I never made it to Sweden 🙃) I am feeling the very opposite of stagnant with this leap of faith, but I need to keep manifesting my ideal landing spot in NM. Asmr and reiki tend to raise my vibration ☺️ and maybe this videos intention can be a neat energetic nudge

I watch your stuff a lot but this one spoke to me a little better than most being brutally honest and rough around the edges, this combination of calm and affirmation mixed with direct language might be my new favorite thing
