My intention for today's video is to help you relax and unwind. I'll be working in your Aura to help fluff up the energy and help you feel buoyant and protected as you move through your day or night.
The ASMR aspect in this session will consist of several elements: sloshing water sounds, spraying sounds, hand sounds, tapping, clapping, lid sounds, as well as visual triggers to accompany them. Hope you enjoy!

Anna, I so LOVED this ASMR sounds with Reiki tones:)!! My favorite sounds in this video are the tapping of the glass water bottle with the cork and sloshing all the water inside it around:)!! The tapping on glass gives me the tingles:)!! And I so LOVE those earring sounds that sound like wind chimes:)!! I LOVED all the suggestions to relax and "permission to relax" as much as "to feel safe":)!! And I so LOVED your story about your "Prayer Plants" and enjoying nurturing their huge needs:)!! Those "Prayer Plants" sound beautiful:)!! My Late Grandfather had a green thumb and when I gave him a Cactus that was 6 inches tall, he made it grow up to 2 feet tall:)!!
