I have this motherboard, and now I need to see what speed the PCIe slot is running the PCIe. Saw several comments saying x4. It didn't seem to be running in x4 when I was using a RX 5700 XT on it. ReBar was automatically enabled. I looked for an option and didn't find anything. Edit: Yep, PCIe4 @ x4... Anyways, my only other cons are: 1. I need to get a 90° adapter for the USB 3 header on the board because my video card blocks it. 2. The ram won't go over 2600, this is probably a Engineering Sample thing. 3. By default C states is off and it wouldn't boost to 4.5. This is a preference thing.
I am not sure if you know so its better to mention it. Ultra performance on dlss means that you are running on a lower resolution=less power needed. For it to be on ultra settings either turn DLSS completely off to run on native resolution or atleast leave it on quality. I can't be sure if there was a reason for you to do that in Cyberpunk but it bugged me.

@@TechnicallyUnsure Yeah they seem to engage in regional pricing, although being in EU perhaps there are tariffs in play that I am unaware of. Well, as you can see in the video, I benchmarked it for long time, it kept the boost clock. As long as you have a proper cooling and you actually need the boost clock, it will boost up to max clock and keep it there. For gaming though, if you are using GPU, GPU will do the heavy lifting.
Well at X4 lanes on the X16 lane is a waste with mid range GPUs, or better. However I can see this as a cheap & low power Gaming PC with something like a RX6400, a Dell RX 6500 (tad faster than the 6400 but you can find it for less), or a RX6500xt. All three of them have a X4 bus and two of them are low powered (40W~50W). I'd just use Bazzite instead of Windows to reduce the cost.
If it wasn't so overpriced in euroland, and allowed you to disable the P-cores in BIOS, this could potentially be a really neat power-sipping NAS board that is probably still way better than the equally expensive intel N100 based ones.
