just a bit of perspective here, I have lived on Avenue I south for 50 yrs, have not had any incidence of break in or violence , you should not clump all one area as unsafe ei: you said Avenue A to Avenue Y South , you may want to look into things a bit more

I have seen your videos but I want know which areas are very suitable, safe and secure for us in relation to good quality life and standard. We are searching a place where we live permanently and close to downtown. Kindly share more with us areas, streets & suburbs.

King george and holiday park are the alphabets south of 20th and are great safe areas. So no not all between A ave to x Ave is bad. Yes stay away from apartments on Ave x south.

In the video of the east side, you had mentioned about the apartments on Nelson road. So after landing in Saskatoon, how does one contact the management of these apartments? How to know which management owns which apartment?? And in one of your videos you had mentioned about "Mainstreet" as the property management group. Doesn't this group have a bad reputation???
If new comer. East side is pretty expensive. Appartment on north (russell road) are very well maintained. Not bad for new comers. Great neighborhood.

Not at all.. I will not recommend that place. Please avoid the whole 20th Street.
