You'd have to use zero mods and use none of the crosshairs to be a purist about mods that are "cheats." Most mods are "cheats" in the sense they give you information that is not technically possible to have. Win timer is a cheat. Team HP is a cheat. Last spotted timer is a cheat. The flight time built into most crosshairs is a cheat. Damage cause and received, cheat. Panels of any kind, cheat. Matchmaking monitor, cheat. All these mods are also approved by wargaming. IMO all mods should be built into the game itself. But to pick the navigator mod as where you draw the line instead of any of these other mods is legit hilarious.

As well as, that little animation does something you'd otherwise would have to do in your head, and would not be able to do so perfectly . Does not change that it is approved, it gives you a massive advantage over people who dont have modstation/Aslain'S installed . Most of the other things you mention are readily available inside the CLient, w/out the need to install additional SW . I mean, whatever makes you feel good man . Just letting you know .

thanks man. probably have henry out in the next few days but I vastly prefer hindenburg to henry. So much 50/51mm plating powercreep has really put Hindy in the top spot for consistent farming over henry

Hinden - chan is a very relaxing ship. What i like especially about her is the ability to screw russian heavy cruisers, annoy battleships and slap light cruisers into non existence. She just works at what she does.
cruisers suffer not only from BB conceal, overmatch & plating power creep, but also speed creep... Bungo with a speed flag is as fast as Hindy & Lauria is way faster anyway.. we need a 3 point swift & silent capt skill as both BB's & DD's have it
yeah those are the two worst bbs IMO right now for these older/less stealthy CAs. The accuracy and decent reload too. Sure Vermont is a problem but you've got 40 seconds to farm vermont between salvos. So he might 25k your hindy 3x and its gg reds, but you're getting like 100k damage in return at least. Bungo and especially Lauria (platings shatter thundy he lol) its just game over man
Zao is just better for me cos you can play closer to your DDs to support them. After you kill other DD you can do pretty much same stuff like Hindy and you also hove longer range torps if other team push. Now it will be having some buffs in 14.0 so it will be even better. Also it has radar for subs and sometimes its nice to have it.
Dude, ive watched some Hindi videos, ive stopped at roon Years ago, those videos(including this one) made buy and try it, and GODDAMN this ship is nasty, im absolutely in love with this vessel, if no Overmatch, you're goddamns unkilable, HE is giga consistent, AP hurts as fuck if the oportunity is there, 5 heals, 21,5KM range, with 30mm armor is insane, eazy 200k matchs, this ship is CRAZY
yeah i'll sort of just be covering them as i do the types of ships and get to premiums...a few of the RB ships I don't have and will never buy so it won't be a 100% comprehensive coverage of them
As someone who never played Hindenburg before 2024. I still think this ship can get you some great results. Which makes it even more sad that WG looked us dead in the face and gave us the Hildebrand.
Schmindensmuggler the favorite cruiser for Asia players Always didn’t like kite farm no utility cruisers with bad conceal, so Nevsky Zao and venezia will probably be the closest I get to hindenburger (even though yes you are very effective at burning people to the ground) Or I can just play lighthouse Salem or Des Moines Also the Lushun crusade shall continue
yeah the true strength of hindy in those situations over ships that come close in dpm like lighthouse salem/dm is you cant really get cit thru nose or ass. one good shot on your lighthouse Salem and its gg reds.
Now I definitely have something to say; about DPM and stuff…about Hindenburg having this dpm and it being a better platform, I think I actually might give this one a try. Even though I’ve seen so many lazy Hindenburgs kiting off the map that have left a sour taste in my mouth I’m gonna just try it out, see how it goes, and smack people with AP
