Yeah sadly people don't have the time. If I hear a good busker, I stop and listen and throw a generous amount of coins in his hat. I give him/her smiles, clap along, and stop for a few minutes, forgetting that I am late. I have better things to do, like listening to a special voice. Work can wait. The time is now, not in 5 minutes. The bloke behind him in the end had the right idea :)
