Nice product. Although I think it should be easier and cheaper to just use one off the two preinstalled power supply sockets that are behind each of the side fairings. They are mounted with both male and female connectors and are also only turned on when the ignition is on. So when it’s off you won’t drain the battery either. Cheers!
All good man. You do you. This was the easiest and most cost effective way for me to power my phone, so I’m happy.
I have recently installed it at my T7 and although it is placed in auto position, I found out that sometimes it is ON without the engine started or either the key turned or inserted…
I have the standard battery installed… have you faced any similar problem? It may be due to the age of the battery, which is still too young?
I have the same thing, but it's not a problem.
You see, the way the unit works is by measuring the voltage from your battery, when the voltage drops to 12.5V or below the unit will shut off. if its staying on, it means your battery has more than enough voltage to keep the unit running.
Not a problem. just means your battery is healthy.
