Yaaaay for your first male ranking!! Those Spanish versions tho, I can't believe they're both so disappointing but they did not do the job well, and that sucks because Spain has a great Hercules and Shang imo! OMG that "fantastis indam[yawn]" hahaha. Also lol'd at that Thai comment (thongchai for realz, I can't believe someone goes through life being called Bird McIntyre). Wow, that Greek guy really has almost the exact same name as Greek Ariel, what a coincidence, would be better if he also had the same singing style as her :3 So yeah, I'm now at the top 10 and so far I have had basically only agreements with the comments, which I sorta expected but you know, it's just really cool that we agree on so many things. LOL the lady in the Japanese part you used sounds like Madam Mim :P So I had already guess that French, Bulgarian and Dutch would be pretty high, and I guess seeing as how all three are higher than English I was pretty spot-on, but I wasn't sure where Bulgarian was gonna land because he is imo a bit 'flawless' but on the other hand since when is the word flawless a bad thing so I think his place is totally justified. As for Dutch, I'm super happy with that placement, I know I say this all the time but Aladdin is the best dubbed movie in Dutch. Okay, I'm reaaaally curious what number 1 is because my guesses were the 4-2 category! Well, actually I was going through the languages in my head and was already like "hey I'm missing Norwegian" so I guess here he is! I get u, I had the same thing with Czech Aurora where she started off at like a 'meh' placement in my top 10 but all of a sudden something clicked for me. So yeah, that was such a fun ranking to watch, hooray for first male character ranking! :D :D
Trond is just like Ingrid Kertesi because IDK what sets them apart really, I just love them to bits. Like with Laura Mayne or Shlomit Aharon I can give a list of reasons why they're good, but with Trond idk I just totally fell in love.

Interesting ranking! I loved the comments, I need to step up my game. I love EU French and Thai the most. I don't know what it is, but Thai voices have stolen my heart. I don't really understand when people say that they are robotic, it is a tonal language. Chanjira made me fall in love with Thai voices
I am aiming to doa Thai princess rank this month and it's killing me because i don't know what to do... there's something very unusual about the language that makes it magic but also makes itsooo hard to judge

I totally understand your opinion on LA Spanish, but his weird nasal and clumsy singing somehow makes me relate to Aladdin a whole lot more than any other 'good singer'...I also like the warm, smooth sound of Russian. I can quite get the thing with Sonu Nigam, but I think there were a no. of singers above him whom I don't like, Danish, Hungarian, Korean & Romanian; I'd probably at least keep Hindi higher than these. I also look from a slight fitting perspective, and that's kinda why I never connected to the English version as much as he sounded pretty European for a rough middle-east street rat, I expect something duskier and hoarse, so yeah, we just don't see eye to eye for this character, but otherwise every version is pretty in its own way.
+rishabhrox1 From my view of Aladdin, he's a pure heart first and a street rat second. There was this video that went viral of a hobo in the US who had an amazing voice, and for me it's kinda like that.

+Disney In Turkish I'm eventually gonna rank Quasimodo, maybe Shang, and maybe Hans or at least a Top 10 for Hans, and I might do language ranks for the men, but only for a select few languages where I find them interesting enough, not for all the languages like I did with the ladies.
Ranee MacIntosh I understand. men must be harder since Disney movies usually pays more attention on the female parts of the songs the men (no matter what language) kind of feels bland. And most of the time they all sound similar :( But Quasimodo is great and unique in all dubs :D
+Disney In Turkish Once I started thinking about it, it's not even that the men don't have good voices (Quasimodo!!) but just that few of them have solos: out of the 14 princess characters that we commonly rank, only 5 have a male protag with a solo (Quasi, Aladdin, Hercules, Shang & Kristoff, who hardly counts because his song is 48 seconds), 1 doesn't sing at all (Eric), 6 only sing in a romance duet (Snow's Prince, Cinderella's Prince, Phillip, Beast, Flynn Rider, and Hans) and 2 only get a verse in a mixed company song (Naveen and John) so it's a lot harder to judge since there's only little chunks for all of them.
Ranee MacIntosh yeah it sucks actually but I still appreciate you daring to do this. I think I agree with you that doing a top 10 would really be better
