I’m so excited that you are reviewing this!!!!! I have been telling everyone who would listen, that this is my favourite foundation by far! There might be more popular foundations, but this is it for me. I am nearly 50 years old, I have very dry skin, with texture, with some wrinkles, and this is the ONLY foundation that does not go into my smile lines, doesn’t feel thick and heavy, it is so runny and light and doesn’t emphasise texture. It looks super natural, not make-upy, because the coverage is very light, but that makes me look younger and fresher. I don’t set it with powder, I don’t use powder products, just a tiny bit to set my concealer (Dior), and that‘s it. I am so happy that someone I respect and admire also thinks that this is great for mature skin.
This is my holy grail, I’m 41 and to have one foundation that easily goes from super light to a solid medium coverage makes things so much easier. For some reason my head is always the first place to sweat and this remains perfect, I can blot my face and there won’t be any foundation on the tissue. Love it.
Oh that is a gorgeous foundation. I need a new foundation like a need a hole in the head but this one is so tempting! Thank you for showing it. And have a good weekend. !!!

Mac Face and Body is one of my favorite foundations of all time. I love that you really emphasize that you don’t need 3billion pumps of foundation. Too many “influencers” encourage people to use way to much product.
Been using this since day 1 it came out. Absolutely the best. There's no need to set it if you have dry skin. Its glow is wonderful and very natural. Also, it lasts the whole day without going anywhere. Greetings from Athens, Greece. Appreciate you so much Wayne..Thank you!
This is a cult classic and one of the best there is, especially for a more mature or dry skin. It’s very buildable - up to high medium coverage if required. I think that it’s best applied with fingers. I cannot see any difference between the original and this updated presentation and shade range - and I have both. I normally buy the bigger bottle, but to be honest, I never finish it before I replace it with a new one. I don’t think the formula has changed - you can safely buy the bigger size as it is the same. I always keep Mac F&B in my collection. There is nothing like it on the market, although there is a huge range of various skin tints and similar products, but none quite like this one. I’ve been using it, not exclusively, probably for more than 16 years. Thanks for coming back to it.

Hi Wayne this is one of my top two foundations - I love it. I wasn't able to try the previous incarnation as they didn't have a shade match for me. When they released this one they extended the shade range and I wear C1. I have 50 year old extremely dry skin, prone to both rosacea and eczema. This is a very hydrating foundation and looks great on dry/mature skin. I only use minimal powder in the t zone and I do use it under my eyes. It's not really great under a mask as it isn't transfer proof, but otherwise it does last fairly well on my skin. On days my skin is super dry/irritated, this is the only one that doesn't look dry/cakey on me. I live in Scotland so I can't comment on longevity in humid weather, but in our normal wet weather conditions it holds up really well. For days I'm wearing a mask for a prolonged period I use the Lancome teint idole, as it is a more long wear formulation (shade 008). best wishes.
I have this and love it. I find if I use my fingers I get a high light, almost light medium coverage and it’s PERFECT for every day makeup looks for work. And if you set it with a powder foundation, instant full coverage for those times when you need it.💕
The BEST way to apply Mac Face & Body is with your hands. It has magic in it (a.k.a., film forming pigments) that activate with friction. I pour a few dots worth onto my fingers, rub them together until I feel it thicken, then apply to the face in a patting and slightly sweeping motion. I hate foundation and this is the only thing I wear! Been wearing since my early 20s and I’m now almost 42. It is sheet to medium. Layered in thin layers it builds nicely. It’s so pretty and looks like SKIN!
I love this foundation! My absolute favourite one I have found. Especially as getting older (and dry skin too) just illuminates the skin and so easy to apply. I do apply with my fingers as it is so easy to move around and then use a sponge to soften any edges! Thank you for this lovely video :)

Looks gorgeous on you, just as I'd expect. Thank you, Wayne! (What a coincidence: I literally just pulled out my (original formula) MAC Face and Body this morning for the first time in forever, because I wanted to see what it looked like on me lately... and whaddaya know: It looks so natural and fabulous. It's almost like these MAC people know what they're doing! 😀)
Mine came in today with that being said, I have used the original face and body for years and in my opinion it’s the same. Fantastic and beautiful formula ❤️👍🏻
I enjoy Mac Studio fix foundation but wanted to get a skin tint for everyday light coverage. I needed to know Wayne Goss opinion on this since every TH-camr I follow loves this. I love this so much. It’s so natural and feels like skincare. Thank you for your honest reviews. Btw I have absolutely loved everything I received in my holiday Wayne Goss mystery box from Beautylish. Your eyeshadow, bronzer and blush palettes are stunning and the packaging is so nice. I’m definitely going to get another box!
Yes, love studio radiance. Stopped using foundation altogether after the age of 50 because they all seemed to enhance my lines. This one is like a wash of evening out my skin tone. Truly, my skin only better. :). Expensive though, would love a cheaper alternative :)
I never use the "original" Mac face and body but I heard the the "original" and the "new" one are the exact same formula just different packaging. I love everything about this foundation even though it's not full coverage I still use it. I suffer from acne but I just use a fuller coverage foundation and or concealer to conceal my pimples. Mac face and body is literally the only foundation that doesn't gather up around my nose, looks like skin, everything you put over it no matter if it's cream or powder it all goes over it smoothly. I don't find I have to set it unless it's a day that I don't want my face to look really shiny then I set it. Bottom line everything about this foundation is fabulous I can't get enough of it, I love it.
I believe there is a very slight adjustment to the formula (if I recall correctly you can see a difference in the order of ingredients, which technically makes it a different formula)
This foundation is absolutely perfect! Never drying! Feels like nothing! I do not apply with a beauty blender. ( can not stand beauty blender) Since it’s light coverage the beauty blender soaks up the product. I just apply with my fingers! It is buildable!
I wish MAC still made blush color Strada, we were both young but it was so beautiful on everyone I saw it on. It was a dusty rosy color. I saw my beautiful mom and they could it as blush and contour. I know MAC still is amazing but that color was gorgeous. I have decided, with some exceptions, MAC and Alexis Vogel can't be beat. Thanks for the Dermatica info, I can't wait for it. 🕯
Pushing 60 female, who rarely has worn foundation, but need concealer under eyes. I tried this mac foundation and love it. I also tried the For Ever Makeup HD foundation, one pump, and found it to be equally as terrific. I applied the MAC with fingers and the FEM with a wet sponge. I never used a sponge before, but will probably always do so in the future with both of these products. I also use a cream blush, and find it too look very much like I'm not wearing makeup, besides mascara and lip. Finally, foundation that I actually like and will wear. Thanks for the help.
@@moviebuff6490 For everyday, the MAC product is preferred. However, if I need a 24 hour product, I'd choose the Makeup For Ever as it has seems to last longer while still remaining to look fresh.
Oh Wayne, you gorgeous man 😊 I absolutely love the finish of this, especially before powder (my ideal finish). However, I'm going to hold off buying this - until the more economic size is released 🤞🤞 Thank you for sharing this with us, I was totally unaware Mac had a glowy version 🤦♀️ Love you massively Mr Goss 💞💞💞
Thank you dear Wayne! My favorite foundation for my dry very mature skin. It's real invisible. For application I used my fingers but now I will try a depth sponge just for fun. From Vienna with love!
It does pull with a brush.i have some in my kit and never think about using it on myself. I WILL try it out on my 55 yr old face. I use a mixing medium and sometimes shoot it through my airbrush, too. I use the big bottle and original. That's why I don't have the radiance one. No big size.
Speaking of blusher, have been LOVING Desert Blossom. So pretty and natural. Haven't put it down. Wayne question: I typically wear cool toned makeup as I have cool skin. With makeup theory, (in general) does it make sense to match your undertone to makeup or do they teach wearing the opposite? Always curious as I feel like cool toned peeps like me just don't look as flattering in super warm tones. Of course wear what makes you happy. Just curious on the makeup theory side...TYSM! 🥰
I'm with you, but trial and error has taught me that I look ridiculous in just about everything warm on my cool/slightly neutral skin. As a redhead with red undertones, I first bought all cool toned "rosy" foundation shades. That looked a lot better than warm/yellow/golden tones, but still wasn't quite right. Finally figured out that neutral with a little rosy mixed in was a much better choice..lol.. but warm eyeshadow, blush or lipstick? I look like a clown.
I love that they expanded the shade range. I wore N1 in the original Face & Body foundation but it was too warm for me, that’s why I stopped using it. Now I wear W1 and it is a much better match. I miss the larger size bottle, you got so much more product for only a few dollars more.
Tfs! Would it be too much to ask if you could do a video on what sunscreens are compatible with popular foundations? I’m looking for one w/spf 50 (tatcha, shieshedo, Clinique, etc) but I’m reluctant to spend so much because I’m aftraid the spf will pill or not mesh well with my foundations (CT flawless, Too Faced Born this way, Nars lights reflect). I hope this makes sense. Thank you! I always look forward to your content for skin over 40, keep up the good work 🤩
It’s interesting to me to see how you work around your facial hair. It’s something I don’t often think about but you make it look so good and seamless.
That is such a beautiful coverage! I love a bit of radiance especially since I’m stepping towards the last few years of my life. (63) Lol! Might as well look FIRE until then! As always, I appreciate your clips. Especially since they are clear, concise and no nonsense. Too many TH-camr’s ramble on and on and on so I find myself cursing them, telling them to shut up then unsubscribing. Also, as an American, I laugh so much at some of your expressions even tho it takes me a minute to understand what you mean. Hahahaha. All the best, Wayne!
Thank you! I needed this video coming from you! I started using the original one because of you and I was looking for a review for this one from you! Thanks Wayne! 💖
I love the Face and body foundation. When the Covid started and masks came to our life, I started to use Dior Backstage. But I prefer something that makes my mature skin look 'juicy' somehow. Thanks for your review, I think I'll try this one in the summer! ❤️💕
I always have little half pumps of base product in various tones for face dotted on my Pallette, however altogether one pumps worth of foundation is definitely what I've always presumed most people used and even then that's quite a lot of product. I really do much prefer cream emollient base (rcma etc) and the tiniest but goes a long way! Apologies for the ramble, I'm just surprised that anyone would comment on your one pump technique when it's clearly perfect already! Amazing content as always dearest Wayne and a belated Happiest of St Patrick's from Belfast 🍀😊💚
This is my all time favorite foundation. But I can’t apply it straight out of the bottle how you did. I rub it together between my hands for about 10-15 seconds until the thin consistency turns almost ‘tacky’. It lays soooo much better!

This looks absolutely gorgeous! Love all your recommendations for us over 40 🙌🙌🙌
Looks gorgeous on you, just as I'd expect. 😀)
I love you, Wayne! You always make me laugh! This foundation looks fabulous on you!!! Now I need to try it!!
I love you help out the mature woman who did not go down the botox and filler route...wrinkles are natural
I've not tried this mac foundation, yes it is lovely.

Which of the 2 foundations do you prefer?
@@moviebuff6490 For everyday, the MAC product is preferred. However, if I need a 24 hour product, I'd choose the Makeup For Ever as it has seems to last longer while still remaining to look fresh.
Thank you

Oh Wayne, you gorgeous man 😊
I absolutely love the finish of this, especially before powder (my ideal finish). However, I'm going to hold off buying this - until the more economic size is released 🤞🤞
Thank you for sharing this with us, I was totally unaware Mac had a glowy version 🤦♀️
Love you massively Mr Goss 💞💞💞
This looks absolutely gorgeous.
I could watch you talk for hours. Enchanting!
Thank you dear Wayne! My favorite foundation for my dry very mature skin. It's real invisible. For application I used my fingers but now I will try a depth sponge just for fun. From Vienna with love!
I love that foundation It is my go to.
Thank you! I always look forward to your content for skin over 40, keep up the good work 🤩
I love your energy so much
I don't use makeup only once in a while but I like watching you guys doing the makeup... it's fascinating 🙃
I'm excited to try this seeing and reading these reviews! It came in my mail this week and I plan to try tomorrow
I think it looks lovely. Of course, such a gorgeous model helps 🥰

It’s interesting to me to see how you work around your facial hair. It’s something I don’t often think about but you make it look so good and seamless.
Looks great!
I love this stuff! Thk u for the video
I was on the fence, then I saw your review and that's it, I'm sold

Nice one Wayne.

This has been my go-to for years. So good!!!
“Blusher” ☺️. You’re precious!!!! Hi from 🇨🇦!
Hi Wayne, could you please test the latest Dior Concealer
Thank you! I needed this video coming from you! I started using the original one because of you and I was looking for a review for this one from you! Thanks Wayne! 💖
OMG - your skin is so beautiful, Wayne! No need for foundation on that canvas!
I love the Face and body foundation. When the Covid started and masks came to our life, I started to use Dior Backstage. But I prefer something that makes my mature skin look 'juicy' somehow. Thanks for your review, I think I'll try this one in the summer! ❤️💕
👆👆
Haven’t tried but might.
Looks lovely. Would this wear well with an oily tzone? x
My favourite only one I buy foundation thanks for showing this one Wayne x
👆
Love it great on mature skin
I always have little half pumps of base product in various tones for face dotted on my Pallette, however altogether one pumps worth of foundation is definitely what I've always presumed most people used and even then that's quite a lot of product. I really do much prefer cream emollient base (rcma etc) and the tiniest but goes a long way! Apologies for the ramble, I'm just surprised that anyone would comment on your one pump technique when it's clearly perfect already! Amazing content as always dearest Wayne and a belated Happiest of St Patrick's from Belfast 🍀😊💚
I get the MAC 120ml face and body in the original finish and I love it. Spectacular.
👆
Wayne can you please suggest a compact foundation . 💖
@@jamesmidland2637 I haven’t heard of that one! 🤣
i'm nearly 58 and the original F&B is my go to foundation. Excited to try the new formula to compare. Thank you Wayne x
👆👆👆
This is my all time favorite foundation. But I can’t apply it straight out of the bottle how you did. I rub it together between my hands for about 10-15 seconds until the thin consistency turns almost ‘tacky’. It lays soooo much better!
I agree. I apply it and rub it on my face with my fingers until it turns tacky.
I think Lisa J (former MAC trainer) and Shelbey Wilson both have videos about MAC FB application. It's supposed to be done as you do.
Face and body l love it. Light enough for a natural look and I'm over 40 and appreciate a natural look 😍
I love this foundation. At 51 it's a "go to" along with Nars tinted moisturizer, and Suqqu Nude Wear liquid Ex.

Thank you Wayne ! 😘
I loved the blush part 😅
Very informative! You are GREAT at what you do. Love it!!!
👆👆👆
Love these reviews Wayne. I bought the Charlotte Tilbury beautiful skin. This one looks good as well.
Lovely foundation 😍
Yes, make your whole face pink 💕
I’ve always stuck to my bm original foundation bc that’s MY HOLY GRAIL, but I tried this first time last summer and ITS ALSO A HOLY GRAIL!! This foundation and bm are just amazing products, tfs looked lovely in you mr goss
👆👆
nice review and gorgeous foundation and thank you for showing it...bye
👆👆
Thanks for featuring this new radiance version. Is your beauty blender damp?
One of my favorites!
👆👆
Wow Wynne it’s a very nice foundation I must be honest I’ve not tried it but it looks very nice on the skin
Thank you for sharing this 🌸🌷🌺🙏🥀🌹🌻🌹🥀🌸
This looks like a foundation I might want to try. Thanks for the review.
The OG was the bomb! This one makes me too shiny, and I like a nice glow. But this radiance one is so over the top on me. If the big bottles are the original I’m def going to get!
This is my favorite foundation of all time.
👆
Love this and only started using it a few months ago. Love it also mixed with my CT Unisex Healthy Glow.
👆👆
This is my favorite foundation! But I can not understand how you can use brush or beautyblender with it 🤯. I prefer using my fingers.

Dear lord I can’t cope with all these new makeup products coming out , lol I will soon need an extension on my house for everything 😱😂😂
It's looks natural. It look wonderful on your skin.
What is your take on airbrush foundation brands? Love your vids 😊
I 1st use the original when I was 21 and my skin looked perfect (with or without to be honest), now I bought this one and still looks perfect! (at 33 years old, my skin doesn't look that well with other foundations).
Skin tint before skin tints became a trend! I picked up the original formula during the sale, but I wonder- was there a reformulation at Al with the “radiance” line?
