Great video Angelo. I'd like to have an accumulating ETF such as iShares AW index. I did however invest in Vanguard AW when I watched your video. Would I be taxed if I manually invest back my dividends?
I´ve been following you for a while now and honestly changed my portfolio allocation through this year as I started to understand that the stock market is totally manipulated and that the risk-benefice relation is not that great in that sector. Right now I´m actually almost 50% in crypto as I see the same upside potential as you described. The rest is mainly P2P and precious metals. Great content and I wish you a really good financial and healthy 2021
All that matters is that you're happy with your allocation! :) I think the most dangerous allocation in the current environment is holding onto too much cash, as there has to be higher inflation sooner or later (apart from the asset price inflation we've had for years). Thank you Jonathan, I'm wishing you an amazing 2021 as well!
Happy New Year! And thanks for all the knowledge. I would like to ask whether you could make a video on tax declaration in Austria. I am thinking of opening a Flatex Depot, but am very attracted to Scalable - the thing that keeps me from it is the tax declaration. Keep up the good work! Roman from Vienna
Happy new year to you too, Roman! :) That's way too specific sadly. If you want to spend as little time on it as possible, then I would go with Flatex Austria: p2p.yt/flatex They take care of all the taxes for you, so you don't have to declare this income separately. If you buy via Sparplan (beginning or middle of each month), then it's only 1,5€ in fees/investment, which I think is worth the time it saves on tax returns. Thank you Roman! See you around in Vienna! :)
Great video! I really appreciate your honest review of last year! Your authenticity is one of the reasons I like your channel so much!!! Could you make a video about your experience with being self-employed? What are the obstacles and advantages, what to be careful about? would be really interesting
Nice Video . Big Thumps up. New to investment . Looking to start with small investment. i am thinking for a ETF. what will be your suggestion ETF Or p2p investment ?
Hi Trong, I use the free tool Portfolio Performance: th-cam.com/video/t0A0iAiqIPY/w-d-xo.html and the numbers app on Mac. There's still room for improvement :)
I feel the same about the stock market in 2021, however I would like to see a big correction. At this point most of the prices are at around where they were when this pandemic started, which to me this looks like a way to soon recovery. Will you move your portfolio to Interactive Brokers?
I would like to see a decent correction as well for cheaper purchases :) I know, it makes little sense that we recovered so quickly, but enormous amounts of money were printed, so who knows... No, I still like having several different brokerage accounts, as long as they don't charge account fees.
Hi Angelo - I like your channel and I am from Vienna too (don’t live there tough...). Why don’t you rename your channel before it grows? P2P is usually a small part of a persons total asset allocation. Your advice is much broader! Good luck 🍀 Bernhard
Hi Bernhard! Nice, where did you end up moving to? I've been thinking about that, I might rename it to my name at some point. Thank you, all the best of luck to you as well!
Can you make an update of your ETF video? I'm in Bulgaria and I think don't have to pay any taxes if I have capital gains on stocks and ETFs traded on EU regulated markets. Can you recommend some ETFs? Any other interesting and stable ETFs you are investing in except Vanguard Allworld?
I would double-ckeck, I found this info regarding Bulgaria on Google (PWC site): "Capital gains are taxed on an annual basis with a 10% flat tax rate if received by Bulgarian tax residents" The closest one to the FTSE All-World is the MSCI ACWI (All-Country World Index), otherwise a mix of the MSCI World (Developed Markets) and the MSCI Emerging Markets could be worth looking into. Of course, if you want to bet on specific regions, you can buy the local index (eg. S&P 500 for the US), but I prefer investing globally. What would like to to have updated regarding the ETF video? I'm planning to make more content on ETFs soon, so that would be good to know.
@@tibodebos5042 Well I hope they have not sold any. So the "profit" is only on paper, for now! And P2P..been there some years. But are leaving it..coz zero trust at the moment. Great video Angelo. I'd like to have an accumulating ETF such as iShares AW index. I did however invest in Vanguard AW when I watched your video. Would I be taxed if I manually invest back my dividends?
Thank you Regina! Yes, if your country has taxes on dividends (most do), then you likely still have to pay taxes even if you reinvest the dividends.
