Are there particular paints or sealants that you use or avoid when painting helmets?? I keep reading that certain ones can harm the helmet, but no one says what those ones are!
If you dont mask the helmet correct and when using solvent paint and it come inside the helmet and onto the inner shell, it will damage it big time. But also when you use waterbased paint, just dont get it on the inner shell of the helmet.

Its a few years old. There are multiple versions. The sp-300i and the sp-300vs. But i think the sp series has been replaced by the VS series. So the VS-300 you should have a look at.

What result did you get? Maybe you used it not the way it suppose to be used or maybe it was not a great product. There are good 2k clear coating spray cans available. We use clear coating you need to mix yourself and use a good spraygun..

It's an old video, but I'll just say something. The pattern of stripe stretching out from the Japanese-style circle is derived from the flag Japan used during World War II during the war. And the flag symbolized fascism, just like the Nazis. So the pattern is basically the same as the Nazi pattern. Please don't use that pattern from now on. I feel really offended as an Asian.

I put over transfer tape. This to make positioning of the sticker easier and keep the sticker from stretching.

You mean Sec helmets? No, never have. I don’t they they are available in the Netherlands/Europe...?
We have made a lot of designs. In 2018 we painted more then 300 helmets.

Yes! Otherwise the paint will not attach to the helmet. 😃

Yes, thats why you need to clear coat it again after painting. If you look at some of my other video’s, you can see more of the process
