    Any experienced lever action shooter knows you firmly keep the gun in your shoulder while running the action. Dropping it down encourages malfunctioning.

      That is a great tip. Dually noted.

    У меня был Винчестер мод. 1886 г. Увы, отошёл от охоты и продал... в Хорошие руки, будет и дальше служить человеку.

    Like any lever action, you do not HAVE to put your hand inside the loop. I often shoot my Winchester with my hand outside the loop while loading, especially if shooting lots of rounds.. Just a thought. It looks a little tight, which is ok. They tell you to disassemble and clean before shooting. BTW.

    I just delivered a Gforce 410 lever action to a person who bought it from an out-of-town dealer who sells guns at our local gun show two weeks ago. I tried to do the loading and unloading exercise required by California when a gun is delivered to the buyer. Using dummy 410 rounds, I could not even get them to go into the magazine completely. After several attempts, we managed to get one in the magazine by rocking the lever a little, but then the round hung up on the feed ramp, and wouldn't chamber. The only way to get the dummy out of the gun was to maneuver it back down and into the magazine tube again, and then pull the magazine tube plug and drop the round out the front. Because I didn't sell this gun, (I only did the transfer), I advised the buyer to contact Gforce for help. I also contacted the seller and advised him of the problem, and let him know the buyer was not a happy camper. Bottom line is; don't buy one of these guns, and if you're a gun dealer, don't stock or sell them as it could cost you future customers. From my limited experience, these guns are bad news.

      This guy’s gone on every review of this gun and pissed and moaned. Anyone buying a Turkish made shotgun knows the deal: they are budget priced guns with spotty quality and you fully expect to put significant effort into breaking it in.

    • @oldgysgt
      @oldgysgt 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@fanbatcher; I'm not talking "breaking in"! The shotgun in this case would not even allow a 410 shell to be fully inserted in the magazine. This shotgun is TOTAL junk.

      Yeah, I was very limited on what Ammo I could get to run through it. I couldn't find 2.5" Slugs anywhere and I don't make enough $$ to spend $40 for a box of 5 lol.

    Did you do any new gun cleaning, lubing or other maintenance on the gun before your tests? I'm willing to do some work on a budget gun to smooth it up and break it in, but if it won't load or eject out of the box, there is a point it's not worth buying no mater how inexpensive. That said, I've had otherwise reliable firearms act stubborn just like your GForce did on you simply because they were being run too dry. I'd love to see you clean that shotgun well, lube it well then try to run it again. Thanks!

      I k my added a smaller amount of lune to the fire arm before I tested. I do think with some tweaks it likely would have functioned flawlessly.

    When taking out the plug is it just the rod? Then put back the spring and screw cap? Im just wondering what's pushing the shells if i take out the spring as well. TIA!! Im definitely not familiar with shotguns but i just grabbed one with a 7+1 20" in FDE skeletonized. Pretty excited to get out to the range!

      Hint- It's not the ammo it's the gun. 209 primers will fire every time, light primer strikes won't light er off.
      This gun is a cheap made gun, it will need some work to be 100%.

    I'm trying to find a RIFLED choke tube to put in mine , when I get it , for Foster style slugs ! I know the .410 slugs will fragment when they hit anything substantial , but for Armadillos and baby pigs , I want some real accuracy if I can get it ! Buffalo's Outdoors got a .75 inch , five shot group from 12 Ga. Federal Power Shock Fosters Slugs at fifty yards ... I could get used to accuracy like that !

      @@OutdoorJack tried 4 different brands of shells. We have two of these guns with three different experienced hunters and had the same opinions from all three. We all had several misfires with all four brands. The firing pin was not hitting hard enough on the misfires. I don't agree with the short stroke theory. The guns were cleaned and lubed many times.
