In this video I go through and fit 3 cheap and cheerful mods/additions typically found on places like eBay (other selling sites available lol)
Everything is reversable if I change my mind later on

i tried changing the gear knob on my czt but it snapped

As in the black plastic piece on the end of the shifter assembly that the OEM gear knob attaches to? I can't remember of that black plastic piece is removable or not.
Most aftermarket items use rubber inserts to change the size, and uses grub screws to secure it on
