I haven’t lost a single game with Gale in competitive without his hyper charge. He is so underrated and good, I’m actually kind of pissed at the hypercharge cause people might catch onto how insanely versatile he is.

I know I meme about him a lot on stream, but with all the Franks, Lilys and Megs in the meta, Darryl might genuinely be really good with his high burst damage, anti assassin measures with his second gadget, and easy escape and approach with his super. Just saying, Darryl might actually be secretly underrated.
Nah the thing about Darryl is that there are so many brawlers that just do his job better. He might be good in some very obscure moments when the draft is just right, and the map.
Frank and Meg rip through Darryl right now, but against lily, there could be an argument *maybe*. Lily still wins most of the time, but Darryl could be a good way of stopping her from running through your teammates by putting a threat there for them.

@@xDaviCOECx2009Nah frank's is much worse because he NEEDS those walls or else he won't be able to get close to enemies. The hypercharge just destroys like 5x more walls while still being easy to avoid.
@@NoUserUBeing able to stun enemies 360 is just straight up busted. After the rework Frank legit doesn’t even need those walls, he can just spam the attack button

The fact that gale can have a knock back/stun in every part of his kit is scary
I use gale with slow sp to pair with frank since the map will be open after a while and using the slow I can help frank to hit better

Is the stun really better because when I use the slow I am able to hit more shots and get hypercharge much faster and keep tanks at a distance

On map with a lot of walls stun is a 100x better especially in brawl ball

I’ve literally never made it to diamond yet mythic ever in ranked and when gales hyper came out I bought it and before the season ended I went from gold to mythic in a couple hours just from gale

Gale got a secret buff or a bug his super's projectiles now stack for example it sometimes deals 2k damage (depends on aim)
Its a balance change and they did on purpose

Idk why it isn't in patch notes, but they buffed gale, so his super now deals 2k instead of 1k.
I think it's a bug cause the hypercharge super only deals 1150×2

The Gale bug makes his super cyclable and pretty deadly (2 or 3k damage)
It’s not a bug, it’s an actual balance change. Check his super stats it says 1x5000
