Been a wrestling fan since i was a kid still cant believe so many wrestlers i grew up watching are dead R.I.P RICK RUDE AND ALL THE OTHERS THAT PASSED AWAY
This is a prime example of why we should check out each of Jordan’s vlogs. I know almost nothing about wrestling, but found the story of Rick Rood entertaining and fascinating. I enjoy learning about people and topics I’m unfamiliar with and with Jordan’s storytelling skills and enthusiasm for his subjects, he brings them to life and never disappoints. Thanks, Jordan and so nice to see your beautiful mom! Looking forward to seeing more adventures with the two of you in the days ahead.
You have a great memory Jordan. I grew up watching Hulk, Macho Man, Miss Elisabeth , Hacksaw Jim Duggan, The Bushwhackers, Ted DiBiase, Mean Gene Okerlund even Dusty Rhodes. Those were some awesome day watching tv. You memory proves how involved in watching you were. You gave a great tribute to Rick Rood. Great respect Jordan! You sir always show respect and class! Great Job!
I grew up with a brother that was obsessed with wrestling and this vlog took me back to childhood. I recall all the guys you mentioned well and it reminded me of his room that had walls completely covered in wrestling posters and all of his figurines lined up. Seeing as we had just one TV, I had to watch a lot of WWF! Your wrestling knowledge is impressive and this was a wonderful tribute to Rick.
I use to watch the old wrestlers with my boys. They had the wrestling rings, all the figures. We went to see them in person. It was a great vlog Jordan. Jake the Snake was my personal favorite. What a great memory for you and your beautiful mother to treasure...vlogging together!!! Much love to you, Jah and your mother❤❤❤🦁
Rick Rude was totally different out of the ring. He was completely dedicated to his wife and kids. I remember in 86 Rick and Manny Fernandez won the tag team championship against The Rock 'n Roll Express. A year later he went to the WWF. I used to love Wrestling! Great job Jordan! You brought back a bunch of wrestling memories. R.I.P Rick Rude
It was a privilege seen your mom she's beautiful. And thank you so much again for a awesome vlog. Jordan steps up to the plate, bases are loaded, the pitcher throws the ball, Jordan swings and Bam! Grand Slam once again, out of the park! Be blessed buddy!
As a huge fan of wrestling thank you. You have a unique way of telling stories, very engaging. One of the reasons I watch your channel as much as I can.
Growing up in Illinois, I remember watching every week on TBS. This is when wrestling was great. And wow, it was nice to see parts of Atlanta! Looking forward to seeing more Atlanta vlogs.
Great Vid...I remember about 30 years ago I went to a WWE event with my Dad in Detroit and Rick Rude was wrestling Roddy Piper. He entered the ring he was doing his usual gimmick when some angry fan jumped in the ring and attacked Rick Rude. Very quickly Rude grabbed the guy, turned him around and put him in a full nelson and leaned him up against the ropes until security came . two things from that incident always comes to mind whenever I think about that moment: First was how quick Rude was, and secondly, Rick could have very easily have beaten the crap out of this idiot. but he chose not to. much respect to be sure.
Appreciate this video. He was a great Wrestler Entertainer. He definitely knew how to get people worked up. I loved his matches with Sting. He was the perfect one to Hate.Rooting for the good guys and rooting for him to get beat up. But lot of times he was the one giving the beat downs in the ring.
I believe he's talking about Art Barr. Art Barr's Father never trained Piper but Piper along with Barr Snr. trained Art - and Art and his Dad are buried in Springfield, Oregon.
Wrestling reminds me of my grandpa. He took me to see the undertaker (my favorite at the time) in Miami. I seen Jake the snake Roberts, IRS, and I forgot who else, in 89-90. It's one of my favorite memories with him. Thanks for the memories
I recognized Ravishing Rick Rude from the days when my brother watched wrestling. So interesting hearing about his life. Your mother is such a lovely lady. So nice you got to spend some time together. Thank you for sharing and for all the hours I know you must put in to bring us these amazing stories. Much appreciated Jordan. Always the best vlogs!
Great Vlog! Didn't know alot about him, and thank you for doing it on him. Thank you for letting us know all the great aspects of his life and such tragedy his family suffered him and a son. May he rest in peace, and also his son. Fantastic vlog, he's up there smiling on you, fantastic work!!
Heeyyy Jordan... great vlog today... good story detailing Rick Rude’s last days, it so sad, ☹️ RIP big guy. It does seem that the wrestling family do have untimely passing and most times fairly young. BTW your mom is just adorable!! Thanks so much Jordan nice of you for taking us along. I appreciate your time in putting this vlog together. Take care 🌹🌸🌺🦋🍀🌻🌻🤠
What a nice vlog, Jordan. I do know all the older wrestlers. When my son was little I would watch the shows, pay per views, and even went to a few shows at Nassau Col., (dinner, auto. signing, shows) ..... The kids believed I loved wrestling. I should have been an actress. Lol. Thank you and your Mom is beautiful.
Incredibly RAD! love the old school wrestling and icons of the WWF and WWE so awesome ..Roddy piper final resting place is here in Oregon I vlogd it awhile back broski..so awesome and Jah is the homie😁👍

"His name was Percy Pringle, who would later become Paul Bearer." The most embarrassing thing about me watching wrestling as a kid was not believing that the wrestling was real, but believing that that the names were real! Thank you for doing this, it was very interesting. So sad he died so young.
You totally amaze me, Jordan, with how you can not only KNOW so much about everything, but you can TELL it in such a natural way and keep us all listening when it's not even a subject that we are that interested in ourselves. You just seem to draw us into your own excitement at doing these things that you love to do! How nice to see your Mom. I'm so glad she allowed you to show her on camera. Thank you so much for your fine efforts again, Jordan, in giving us such a fact-filled story of someone famous.
A great blog Jordan it back memories of my late uncle was a huge fan a wrestling and it brings back some memories of my uncle watching wrestling matches on tv
My son's loved watching it on a Saturday. And had their favourites. So many sad tales, young deaths, suicide, murder, accidents. Both men and the women.
RIP The Ravishing One Rick Rude, one of the greats not only for his time but overall. Also like you said a legit tough guy, came out of that Minnesota crew with Curt Henig, R.W. Animal and many others and so many hard guys came out of that high school but they all put Rick Rude over as being legit. Sadly missed but greatly remembered, along with many of his pairs!!...
Great blog, interesting fact the Undertaker is the one who told Vince that he needed to face Brett face to face as Vince was hiding in his office that night
My son and I always enjoyed wwf wrestling. The neighborhood boys could not wait for wrestle mania. We still have a box of unopened wrestling cards from the 80’s. Glad you and your Mom could enjoy this adventure.
Phenomenal vlog there Jordan! I grew up as well watching all the greats of the WWF which is now known as the WWE. I was 17 years old in 1989 and they had wrestling going on in my hometown of Decatur, Illinois. They were really pushing the WWE The Ultimate Warrior and he was a part of the wrestling card facing off against Ravishing Rick Rude. The Ultimate Warrior would win that match and when we pulled into the church parking lot that was right across the street from the Decatur Civic Center up pulls up The American Dream Dusty Rhodes. A childhood friend that I grew up with we both tried to get Dusty Rhodes attention, but he continued to walk towards the Civic Center. Then I attended Wrestlemania VIII. in Indianapolis, Indiana with my best friend. It was a lot of fun to watch! Keep up the vlogging Jordan!
I LOVE your mom, so cool. Can’t believe you were there, I was there visiting my daughters for 3 weeks. Always a great vlog. Good to see your mom. That was one of your best vlogs.
Rick Rude was great! Too bad he messed up his back in a match against Sting. I am a Minnesotan and enjoyed growing up watching Rude, Hennings, Road Warriors so much!
Hi Jordan, I used to love the wrestling, I used to go to see that in the 70's, my, how it has changed since then. Now it's seems to be all money and status. Bring back the old days where you just watched it and had a laugh. How lovely to see your mom on your vlog, what a lovely lady. Great vlog Jordan.
Jordan it was nice to see you and your mom together. She has the face of an angel. The vlog was good as usual. It would be awesome if you and your mom could have a Q&A about you growing up, that would be fun. Thank you and love to you and your family...
Rick Rude was a great athlete and entertainer. One of the first insult comedians I ever saw as a kid. I love how he egged on the crowd to hate him. That, and the rivalry between Jake Roberts about Jake's wife. Great times.

💋Grew up watching and loving wrestling with my lil brother. Been looking forward to the Mom vlogs with you. ~Blessings to you all. Love and Light 💖Carli
yeah. I just watched an interview with Jumpin Jim Brunzell (AWA fame) and he talked about how they did such a great job with the heals and the babyfaces back in his day. He said that today everyone is a heal and the matches are all less than 10 minutes. The matches back in the day could last for an hour.
I was at the Holiday Inn in Bluefield, WV for Sunday brunch with my family sometime in the 90s when I heard a voice from across the restaurant interrupt our waitress. It was Rick Rude. WCW was in town and had a show the night before. He was dining alone and pretty much in kayfabe.
I met him and Jerry Lawler and Dory Funk jr. years ago at a Tri-state show in Philadelphia. The girl I rode down with car needed a jump we were trying to contact AAA and he said don't worry and gave us a jump real class act!

It's the drugs and alcohol. The travel and disruption of their personal lives contributed.
@@frankonolfi1966 not been able to be home and enjoy the family really takes a toll on wrestlers and not everybody is able to control those demons.
So true most are gone..What happen? RIP TO ALL.Thank you for the memories my childhood..Before all this mess in the world
I was a huge Rick Rude fan as a kid. Hard to believe how fast life goes by
I hated his guts when I was a kid, until I grew up and realize that was what he was going for. He was an absolute master heel, sad that he's gone.
He died pretty young but it seems a good amount of wrestlers do. Eddy was the same .
