  • To be fair to everyone, SumoSprings, Timbren, and Airbags are all GREAT options for suspension aids. In this video I share why I personally chose SumoSprings. In reality, they were the right tool for the job for me personally.
@TimbrenIndustries I would love to see officially published results of your tests to substantiate your claims that SumoSprings are not durable as I discuss in this video.
Here are the affiliate links to the SumoSprings I purchased for my 2022 Silverado 1500 LTD.

I am exactly in this situation and struggling to decide what to get, leaning towards the sumos. may I ask what weight is your trailer and how heavy is it on the ball? also, do you use the weight distribution on your hitch? did you do anything to the front end of the truck as well. thank you very much for the video, super helpful and look forward to hearing from you.

@@Fedex_BloxFruits my trailer is very close to 9,000lbs and my tongue weight is 1,250 ish lbs. I use a 1,400 lb Curt weight distribution hitch. I have the hitch dialed in and it handles pretty good without the Sumo's. I added them just to help stabilize the rear end. The rear springs on my 1500 are pretty soft so I just wanted a little help. They really made a difference in stability in the back. Thank you for watching!

I had Timbrens on my 2008 SIlverado and it was a OverKill. Very Ruff. I put Airbags on my 2016 and loved them but installation wasn't fast and didn't have air compressor. I have now discovered what you are doing. I pick up about 1500 pounds a month and tow a 7k trailer. I think the Sumo's blue is my next purchase for my 2023 silverado, Set up and forget especially if the ride is good empty.

Thanks for the comment @bryane2857! I hope they serve you well! They are just about perfect for my trailer. As long as you set he gap correctly between the rear axle and the SumoSpring, you should be good to go. if you don't mind to check in and let me know how it is going once you get them in. Thanks for watching!
