Some example - at cocodona there was a nice lady giving fresh/cold lemonade in the peak of the heat in Prescott. There's also someone I never met who brought me a burrito at aid station out of the blue. At Zion, you have two guys setting up a table with ice, food, drinks - almost a mini aid station. You never expect / rely on it, but it's a great experience and you'll always remember (and hopefully give back in your own way some day)
