    I presume this is what I can expect to see with my unboxing, thanks for the video!

    11:40 why are you using a gimbal for a fixed shot? I think that's your issue you should be using a tripod or something like an el gato multi mount for an overhead shot. My 2 cents

      Thanks for the input. This is what I have. Don't have a tripod (Someone wanted to use it and never gave it back). I would like to get more equiptment, but money doesn't grow on trees. I did figure out the gimbal, The dump thing needed to be calibrated again.

    Did you pick a gen 5 SSD on purpose (you knew this only supports gen 4 but got that for future proofing)? Either way it's not a very efficient drive at all so it might affect the battery life, but it certainly will be fast as nothing else. Thank you for your video! Very excited about my laptop coming during the next months, same SKU as you

      @GrayaOverload  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes I know it supports Gen 4. I got good deal. And with framework mobos swapping I am thinking down the road when I do upgrade one less thing to change. Don't need a new install or transfer install to new drive. I was thinking of other drives to but this was cheaper for the deal I got.

    Which crucial SSD did you get? There's a Crucial P3 Plus| 2TB | NVMe | that's going for $85. Wonder if its compatible with this

    • @GrayaOverload

      I got the crucial t700 which is gen 5 because I got a good deal. The max supported is gen 4 on this version. The Crucial P3 Plus should work great. $85 is a great price as well.

    Could you tell me how hot this version gets on the bottom? Would it be comfortable to use on your lap, or does it get too hot?

    • @GrayaOverload
      @GrayaOverload  ปีที่แล้ว

      From how it as been used so far, it doesn't get to hot. It is my wife's laptop and she hasn't had any trouble. I had to ask because their hasn't been any complaints. I will make sure I check that in the review.

    Can you make a review of the laptop?

      @GrayaOverload  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, I will. Will be a few weeks to a month to get it out. Want to get every day use in there. Put a comment in here of what you would like to see, and I can try to test it.

      @@GrayaOverloadfan noise and general flex of the laptop are my two concerns. I'm coming from an XPS. With the carbon weave, they're solid as a rock.

      @GrayaOverload  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounds good. My wife will be using it mostly. I know my kids will also have their hands on it might have a drop test or two. :) I will test the flex out and noise.

    Did you buy Windows 11 from Framework's website in this DiY version?
    If so: does it come with a digital key for it?
