Yes, I love that! People chatting and laughing, cutlery hitting plates, doors closing/opening, chairs shuffling. It really transports you to a cafe in a city
I’m so glad to hear you say “These guys do something to me inside, musically” cause that’s exactly how I feel. It’s so rare to find a band that you LOVE every song by. No matter the mood you’re in, they’ve got you covered. Loved the reaction! The faces you make are hilarious (and recognizable).

Aqua regia into Vore shouldn't work but it does. I don't know how they do it, I guess it's just the twists and turns of the story that's being told that makes everything make sense
Yea man, this one was so much different than all of the other ones I've listened to so far. I agree, I can't think of another band that could pull this song off, to this level
I think his voice is very different because he SINGS with his accent where alot of british people do not! thats what gives him such a unique voice! He is really playing on its strengths!

Vessel might just be my favorite vocalist (overall musician) i’ve heard in a while. i agree he has such an interesting way of phrasing words, and keeping his accent while singing definitely adds to the uniqueness. an example i can think from the top of my head is the way he says “algorithm” in the song ascensionism . it’s insaneeee. it’s all so intensional and executed so well.
i have the pleasure of being able to see them live in a month and I just know it’s going to be an otherworldly experience.

I can relate, I'm flying in to Saint Louis intentionally for the smaller venue to experience a more intimate concert. Saw them last year when they were just an opening act here in the states. I am counting down the days!!!

yk what man watching you gives me the exact same feeling as when i heard the song for the first time. I would still kill to experience the song for the first time, but the feeling in my ears and in my chest is the same and its absolutely euphoric

The feel of this one is straight out of the Jamiroquai album Virtual Insanity. Jazz / Acid Jazz. There isnt anything Vessel seems to be challanged by.

I respect the hesitancy when you want to say there’s no one else like Vessel and Sleep Token because I’m the same way haha. there’s so much beautiful and moving and one of a kind music out there, but after this album, I truly believe this is THE band and THE human who is the most unique in the sense that every song is so unquestionably distinguishable, on top of his ability to quite literally write a song in any genre. not just play a section of a genre that is different than the rest of the song, which is hard enough to do tastefully, but write multiple songs in completely different genres.
this band is numero uno for me man. love how much you loved this song. still got 4 or 5 songs left hahaha I’m so excited.

i love seeing people come at it from an instrument standpoint instead of lyrics, Vessels lyrics are so dynamic and i think it’s a “however you perceive it” structure with his (obvious) meaning for himself, but seeing people enjoy the instrumentation is so nice too. it’s a perfect instrumentation/vocalist scenario with them/him

Hell yes man! This one is one of my tops on the album for sure, and was such a welcome surprise when it came out. Being a jazz musician at heart, hearing them drop this incredible track alongside all the other greats that make them what they are just solidified my love for them and their overall mastery of so many genres. Before Aqua Regia I really couldn’t get in to jazz. At all. Imagine my surprise when this song became one of my favorites. ST is great at introducing genres in a really accessible way. It’s a huge credit to Vessel and II as the writers.
