    Ok, so my first thought: That poor floor. We've all done it when the weather's not pleasant, but when I bring dirt and pots inside, the old lady gets a little nuts.
    My second thought, why soy milk?
    My third thought: why no information or instruction. If you're going to clickbait us with "the fastest easists way to grow lettuce you've ever seen," give some technical details for the farmers who might want to implement your tactics. I mean, I run NTF systems that blow this lettuce out of the water. In a humidity and temperature-controlled greenhouse, where artificial lights make up for any reduction in par value during overcast days or shorter fall and spring days, I am consistently getting much bigger and nicer lettuce in about 25 days, so please tell us why your system is sound, so we as farmers and producers can make educated decisions about whether we would want to implement it on our farms!
    My fourth thought: what kind of soil is that? It looks like sand. Very interesting.
    That is all.

    How many times you can regrow after cutting the first harvest?

    • @jillhumphrys8073
      @jillhumphrys8073 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Pick the outer leaves every few days. New leaves will grow from the inside. As the new leaves come in, the older ones will move to the outside and you keep picking. Or, you can grab the whole bunch and cut it with scissors about an inch high. New leaves will grow from the center. You can do this for a couple of months before they start to grow fewer leaves and the middle falls over. You'll know when it's done.

      As long as you don't cut the crown, the center stem, it will regrow multiple times. You can either cut off outside leaves until you get near the center, or you can open the head, check the height of the crown, and cut off the top half of the lettuce head. There's some good videos on here about that. MIGardner had one.
