Well that is something, isn't it? Very cool. I think I've heard of something like this before, but I've never seen it in action. Brilliant! (Excuse the pun...) I get the feeling that this might be hard to come by, and a little expensive too. But I think it would be worth it for certain special custom kits.

On camera it looks a bit dissappointing that the lower section is so bright and the upper is barely lighted (except the tip). Should be because of total reflection in the plastic. Analogous to optical fibres sanding should prevent this and could result in a more distributetd lighting.

I only need 4 beam saber effect parts, since my Unicorn gundam destroy mode 1/144 only comes with the 4 hilts. Does anyone have spares, or know where to buy them?

LOL seriously i know its incredible like theres gonna be a real beam saber coming out like starwars (well no harming rays when exposed to skin,just like torch light light will do)
but then when u put the 1/100 beam saber in it,i was like since that is a lighter pink,so it will do great effect,but wat-a-bout the normal pink sabers? will it affect its effects?
anyway,in person,i agree will u,with lights off,u can see glowing beam sabers xD
