Man I just watched this and that is exactly what I was saying. They are str8 up and do it without throwing shade on anyone. And this is coming from a Kye & Lizzy guy .
Sounds like he doesn't like the rules of npk but I really don't like npk as well but look at nhra rules that make all cars equal that's all npk is , a cheaper version of npk . Look at nascar all cars are exactly the same none of street outlaw cars are real street cars they are pro mods you really don't see any of them out on the actual street doing work without pilgrim there, shows you all there about is the gram (sad)
Thx Ryan and Javi just for being real. No matter what anyone says, being open and honest is the absolute best way to be. Wish I could lend some help, I have 30+ years in the game but am now stage 4 cancered out in a not good way. Best thing I have for you (as I posted to Murder Nova also) is get a damn lab scope so you can test shit for real instead of doing guess-nosis on those sensors and actuators. Notice that the first 3 seasons, there was really only Disco Dean and Cody Baker running them. They must have gotten some kind of rule advantage in season 4, because there were a bunch more all of a sudden. Brandon (F'n) James, Tim Brown, Tropical Thunder, Jim Howe, and I think some others.
I enjoy videos like this. Javi and Ryan have such a good friendship/relationship. Y’all make a hell of a team. Hope to meet you two at VMP this year for the VA NPK event.
Keep it up Ryan and Javi your the hardest working guys on the show and through all your success your both still the most great full and humble people on the show. Great Job...
Although this would be almost impossible in the amount of time you guys have.... It would probably make sense to get your spare engine mocked up with the twins and try to figure out the fab work that is necessary. I know you would be more than willing to sacrifice extra abuse on the engine at the expense of winning. If the new rules package somehow gives that edge back to the turbo cars or big displacement engines with nitrous, then you may have to make that switch back to twins to stay on top. It has been awesome watching you destroy everyone with the pro-charged Hemi but I'm not going to lie.... A twin turbo hemi has a nice ring to it. Plus, if you win again with a pro-charged hemi, I can't imagine what new rules/penalties would be applied for the following season. I'm guessing you would almost be forced to switch back to twin turbos after this season regardless. Just something to think about. Good luck and I can't wait to see you pulling shutes on everyone!
@@Ooshwink82 I don't think so. He just said he has all the twin turbo stuff from when it was originally built with the 481x. He said it would take a little fab work, but didn't make it seem like a huge issue if he decided he needed to go back to twin turbos. More than anything, it seems like he's happy with the relationship he has with procharger & doesn't want to give that up unless he has to. That's what he's putting in the fireball build packages that he sells thru B&R.
@@craigradnich6578 do you people watch the videos? He said they have a break in july where he can change to turbos if the procharger setup isnt competitive.
They just don't seem to realize it's not the fact that you weigh less or more power. They need to realize you guys s are just willing to put in ALL THE WORK and test more than anyone, that's why you guys do what you do.💯👍💪
Thank Ryan and Javi for very interesting story !. Hope new combo will work great for the Season 5 of NPK !.💪👍 Can't wait to watch you test soon from Japan.😊😊

Ryan I appreciate that you and Javi let us into your garage and lives, I laughed so hard the other night on the first show of you of you guys in the same house, that is nice view into your lives also.. love the show, love your content and as I have said to you a few times, great things happen to awesome people, even if getting screwed on the rules... you all will adapt, improvise and overcome buddy.
Now I'm just imagining Shawn bringing both of his cars to the track 2 weeks before NPK starts to try to figure out which one he wants to drive. Suddenly the turbo setup doesn't sound so bad, when a couple of weeks ago everybody was certain he'd bring the OG with the pro-charger.
Why would Shawn bring the OG murder procharger nova when it doesn't even make enough Horsepower to keep up with the new small block twin turbo nova. The new small block twin turbo nova makes way more HP and it's very light weight and it's built for N.P.K that just doesn't make any sense. Some people just don't even know what there talking about.
@@johnnyfnhammersticks apparently you don't pay attention because Sean has never said he was going to run the OG. In fact he said he sticking with the TT for NPK..

Wow at 18.20 you sounded like Justin bonds 2 yrs ago in the NHRA Promod class. Him and Baloshi got weight added to the procharger hemi combo cause they were able to test and be ahead of everyone else. Like almost word for word Ryan!!

Ryan I have a couple of questions. 1. How long have you and Havie been working together??? 2. What class of racing did you do before NPK came along??? 3. How do you spell Havi’s name.??? 4. What do you think a proper weight of your car should be compared to “Lizzie’s or kiy’s 5. How many cubic inch motor is your old Hemi compared to your new motor?? Best of luck this year!!!
Who makes these said rules? Who has the money and power to influence rule changes? That’s what I’ve always hated about NHRA, big mega rich teams always influenced rules to give them an edge .
The rule change is to get every car exactly even and close as possible because one combo will be faster than the other so they try there best to make it equal by adding for subtracting weight.
When do you take questions for a Q&A? Just wanted to know how much work and what kind of work it took for you guys to get where you are, I know it was a lot, I look at everything in that shop and I imagine how many hours I would have to work to buy it all, thank you guys, you guys are motivation for me
What I am asking is why the 405 is not in fastest in America team..... Because they don't wanna look like a bunch of folds!!! Hopefully season 4 we will see who the baddest in America really is.....
You guys are really smart and have a lot of fans pulling for you-I know you will figure it out and win another championship-I really pulling for you and your great team!
I believe him when he says that if the grey Camaro isn't as competitive he'll switch back to twin turbo. Twin 98's on a hemi would be fast regardless. It's going to be really interesting to see how all of this plays out. I'll be rooting for Ryan regardless. Dude's the nicest guy in no prep. Lol.
All I'm hearing you guys say how it's going to be tough for you to dominate again.. That's the point, it's a good rule change. You guys will still win.
Team Fireball, it’s time to build a third fireball Camaro running a TT set-up! It costs but you will benefit from both worlds of boost TT, ProCharged or Blower! So Instead of tweaking the chassis to fit a new set-up, you just switch cars when rules change…..just like a pair of shoes!🤙🏽
A paint job incorporating the fireball on the npk car would be awesome! Red in the front like the gray paint is blowing off the car and revealing it's really red underneath!
Great stuff guys!! Hey thats all they do is change rules!! I don't go too NHRA anymore For there rule Changes Manly Pro Stock Now all you is all GM pro stocks!! I really Whish the 405 the best of luck 2022 season
I've watched every TH-cam video of you guys every NPK episode. You guys are awesome! Content is good. I do have one question, what name did Ryan give the Gray car?
I wish they would let a na a/fuel combo have a chance in the mix that would be cool to see boost vs na nitro combo (say 2800 boosted car wt vs 3000 na nitro combo). I feel nitro cars get a rap for being just top fuel and funny car but there are guys out there (mainly the Honda na combos and classic fuel altered classes) that run these cars and seeing what people come up with. Love the channel and love your combo!!!
@DIO no question Disomma. I’ve been friends with him since he worked out of his dads gas station over 20 years ago. So sure I’m bias but he still builds bad ass engines that make tons of reliable horsepower. To be clear nothing against Pro line. They’ve been killing it since the Tim lynch days when they came up to NJ and kick everyone’s ass in outlaw 10.5 well over a decade ago.
@DIO I thought you meant builder because of the conversation about pro line but to answer your question Noonan block and hemi heads and obviously built by Disomma.
Like the thought process between u and Havi 👍🏼…the way the rule changes will always benefit the ( seemingly) losing field although it may be close at the finals ..your tuning abilities is at a finer level than most with foresight of components involved and ultimately the environment you’re dealing with …investment will always be a factor no dout but to have an edge with the discrepancy in weight that’s always changing I’d think having a more slippery body can be an edge to this game..after all …you want to go fast it has to be slippery and you have to spend more…every mechanical advantage ($) u gain is a plus then it’s all up to you in the end …
I live in Tucson so I get used to how my dirt bikes run at that elevation. Then when I travel to Florida or Michigan I'm always surprised at how much more power the bikes have. 😁🇺🇲
Screw blowers got a bit of weight removed but still have the same overdrive limit. Murder Nova has to be licking his chops. If he can just cut down the breakage and be more consistent.
Nhra has the same issues. I'm just curious if adding weight on no prep doesn't add up as drastic as prepped. It's still gonna slow you down but maybe more ballast and traction. I'm sure the weight rules may change mid season. Keep up the grind
Much respect Ryan, you guys are awesome. Add some nitrous on top of the blower to give you a little shot on the big end. Who does that 4 eye mustang behind you belong to?
No prep kings had no weight rules until pat & lizzy showed up season 2..they couldn't get past first 2 rounds..he threw a fit and threatened to leave with lizzy & kye.so every season since they've gotten lighter and lighter while the Ryan Martin combo gets hammered..maybe they'll finally give lizzy a chip so the rules will get fair and consistent. The nitrous and procharger combo were inches apart all year..they should have given big block twins a slight break and the screws..
This might be a dumb question so please be kind but why can't they leave the rules the way they were and instead add 25lbs to the race winner each week regardless of the combination....that happens in our circle track world.
What's up Ryan, how's it going man? Got a question about a stop I'm building...I have a 4th gen Camaro that I began building a 11.5:1 408 for, and didn't do my homework, as this is my 1st turbo setup. I had a 78/75 with the LS1, but know it'll be too small for the 408. I had Cam Motion spec a cam for it, with a smaller framed turbo, which made me think the turbo selection would be fairly simple! I have the Huron Speed T4 AC kit, and the biggest I can get in a T4 that I've found is a 88/96, 1.25a.r. Will that be big enough for the motor, or would I run into issues? I've already been told it'd be good to have a 2nd gate to help bled off pressure... the car is a street car, street driven, no cage, leather, 43k mile 99 SS. I'd like to do a drag n drive, take it out on weekends, but I want to be able to take it out, not have to turn it up over 15-20lbs to save life on the motor, etc. That's my reason for building the 408, but it sounds like I would've been better off with a 370-376" stock stroke deal!lol. Lmk what y'all think, if you have a chance. I'd much appreciate it! Thanks guys and best of luck this season!! See y'all out in Bradenton! Lmk if yall need to find a airbnb in the area for that race. I have a couple people I'm friends with that deal with rentals too.
Why not use the weight to your advantage like spring load it above the rear end and hook it up to the trans brake so it applies a downward pressure to give the tires a better co efficient of friction when you release the trans brake.
Seriously this is why we love you guys as straight up and honest about rules, pro’s and con’s and even when you mess up and mistakes you own up 👍🏼

Love to hear more about the End Game show please Ryan
HOLY SHIT!! I would love to see fireball with a 14-71 screw blower sitting up high and proud.
You guys seem very consistent imo but I’m just a regular car guy and a fan. And the cars a rocket 🚀
Congratulations on winning Season 2 of America's List!
Good luck! See you in NH
I really Whish the 405 the best of luck 2022 season
your going to kick ass again this year guys we know it
I've watched every TH-cam video of you guys every NPK episode. You guys are awesome! Content is good. I do have one question, what name did Ryan give the Gray car?
The master of street race big boys. Ryan Martin.👍❤️👍
As long as the cars stay towards the old ProStock rules so the car looks close to "street" as possible. Love the cars, drivers and crew not the rules!
When you go to higher altitudes one of two things you need either more compression or speed the blower up
That is a true testament to the Pro Line Engine. To run as hard and as good as y’all did, and never removed the Engine! Amazing!
Great engine but still not my first choice.
@DIO me?
@DIO oh and I’m not sure about Lutz.
They need a drone on the big end for the photo..
We need a ship tour of all the cars!
Go fast, I love the channel.
Love the chat, just a day at the shop.👍
What's the differences with same power adder different transmission..I heard there's weight breaks for non lock ups ..
I live in Tucson so I get used to how my dirt bikes run at that elevation. Then when I travel to Florida or Michigan I'm always surprised at how much more power the bikes have. 😁🇺🇲
Should call Grey car. The Equalizer.
Since it’s basically the car/combo that is setting the rules and trying to even up the competition.
Hell yeah, have a good time testing and put down a good #💪
85k subs 🔥
Screw blowers got a bit of weight removed but still have the same overdrive limit. Murder Nova has to be licking his chops. If he can just cut down the breakage and be more consistent.
Well he's got a spare motor this season, and they would have learnt alot from last season, hopefuly they win some races. Favourite driver for sure
#1 on Americas List
Nhra has the same issues. I'm just curious if adding weight on no prep doesn't add up as drastic as prepped. It's still gonna slow you down but maybe more ballast and traction. I'm sure the weight rules may change mid season. Keep up the grind
Much respect Ryan, you guys are awesome. Add some nitrous on top of the blower to give you a little shot on the big end. Who does that 4 eye mustang behind you belong to?
I heard Pat put up money for series sponsorship... Anyone else hear that?
Nitrous people dont have money
No prep kings had no weight rules until pat & lizzy showed up season 2..they couldn't get past first 2 rounds..he threw a fit and threatened to leave with lizzy & kye.so every season since they've gotten lighter and lighter while the Ryan Martin combo gets hammered..maybe they'll finally give lizzy a chip so the rules will get fair and consistent. The nitrous and procharger combo were inches apart all year..they should have given big block twins a slight break and the screws..
Good luck guys.maybe procharger will make one with more boost in the same package
We see that 4th gen behind Javi, Ryan, don't think we don't!
Great video 👍👍
Love the videos keep ‘em coming
