I'd spend around the 1k mark for a real good condition snap on/matco full size roll carts. But not the ones with the empty bin on the lower half of the cart. Would spend 4- 500 for blueprint
YaBoiChad absolutely not. For $200 they’re extremely hard to beat. There’s a couple things I wish were different, but every brand has their own pros and cons.
Awesome Tool Box Tour Buddy You Should Order The Blue Handled Ratchet From Matco, I Ordered 2 Of Them Online, It Would Look Nice In Your Ratchet Drawer 🔧🔩🔧
FastCap is the company that makes them. I bought 5 sheets to get the free shipping and I’ve got plenty leftover. They’re held up great in everything I’ve put them in.
Definitely took my time. Made some errors but I’ll live with it. I got all of the supplies from FastCap, including the foam, ultra thin razor, marker, etc. I’m a little on the OCD side so I laid everything out, marked it with a long nose sharpie, and started hacking away. It wasn’t easy at first but I got used to it. I’m not sure what foam you used, but the foam from FastCap is layered, so I set the knife to whatever level I needed, cut the shape, put the tool in it, and made minor adjustments as needed. Very rarely did I get it right on the first cut.
Your favorite Mac ratchet, is it the 18” long one? I’ve been wanting to add something to my collection, more than my standard set of craftsman ratchets like you have. Do you put a lot of force on it, or do you use a breaker bar for tough stuff first?
That particular ratchet I want to say is 13-14” overall, which is somewhat “long” for a 3/8” drive ratchet. Most of the time, it’s great for breaking things loose. However, if I need something bigger, I’ll step up to the SK 1/2 drive ratchet or the 24” breaker bar. I’ve put so much force on that MAC ratchet, I don’t see how it hasn’t broke. It’s a wonderful ratchet!
Mainly their website. I’m part of the SK pro club which includes the free socket of the month, free shipping on every order that arrives no later than three days after. Also, they have all sorts of coupons and sales all the time. They’re my favorite hand tool line. Hands down.
My snap on dealer said anything less than a $2,000 cart is junk, I laughed, he laughed awkwardly, I laughed even harder. He left.
A lot of thought went into this cart. High quality (especially SK), reasonable price. Professionals should be jealous! Kudos.
Those blue handled channel locks are my favorite
Love the video brother finally someone’s box that looks very good got a idea how I want mine now thanks!!
Thanks a bunch! I’ve got a few things to add but I like how it’s turned out so far
The boxes are well builded
Nice set up, thanks for the tour!!
Yes sir! Thanks for watching. I have a portable box I keep in my truck I'll tour shortly.
This proved these carts ain’t bad you don’t gotta go blow 800 -1000 on a blue point or matco one but to each there own

I have the same socket holders..the 1/2 inch ones are too long to fit sideways. If I place them length wise I don’t have room for other holders.
I have that same Milwaukee search/flood light you have on the bottom of your cart absolutely love it my favorite light. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Agreed. It’s stupid bright. All of Milwaukee’s lights I have are great, but nowhere near that search light.
Great video dude. I enjoy the SK myself. You should check out Proto too. Like the set up , nice, simple, to the point
Nice set up you really can't beat the US general boxes for the price

Lou Queto I have been looking into it! Thanks!
Your a foam cut out master. Nice set up
I’m a perfectionist lol. I took hours doing this as well as my mobile box in my truck. Thanks!
Where did you get the hex key holder?
nice video, I would like to setup my pliers like yours, where did you get the rack system?
You can get them at Harbkr Freight and ACE hardware. I imagine home depot and menards have them as well. As well as lowes
OCD ain't a bad thing to have
Really like your kaizen foam set up. What's the thickness of the kaizen foam you used?
I believe it was 30mm. That or 25.
I just picked up the same cart. Where did you get the foam?
FastCap is the company that makes them. I bought 5 sheets to get the free shipping and I’ve got plenty leftover. They’re held up great in everything I’ve put them in.
@@Matchew-hj9xz thank you!
The money makers are always the tools. Never the box.
Facts!
How did you cut the foam that easy? It looks so much better than my Kaizen foam setup 😂

Are those the icon crows feet?
No they’re just the regular Pittsburgh line.
