You need to carry Jack hammer, drill machine, plunger, WD-40, Nitric Acid, Flex seal, pepper spray, C4 explosives, 100 foot copper wires, extension ladder and pliers in your vehicle to remove it or just pay your fine and they remove it for you. 👈
I stick to the original removal technique ....3 to 4 paper clips, 1 can of spray paint, 2 german shepards, 5 cans of whip cream, 1 jar of peanut butter (creamy but crunchy works too) , and 4 sticks of unsalted butter. Has always got the job done for me!
If you could pick the lock and remove the clamp untouched then technically no crime has Been commited.. Although they will still insist on you paying them. For the parking infringement+ for a new clamp...

That sounds like fake news bruh!! Lol I've torn these off no problem. The wheels I have are forged steel so stronger than the boot. The boot can be removed without breaking it or it looking fine but unable to lock on again do to some minor internal damage. Don't do this with aluminum wheels. I've done this 3 times and they never sent me a bill. The whole point of the boot is they come back to you to take it off after you pay. They don't have your info. If they did you'd get the parking ticket in the mail regardless.
