Ray Gaining 10mph Club Head Speed After These Swing Drills 😳

Distance was the name of the game in this lesson and it was a fun one! Ray had a great force profile however his vertical force was just a little bit late to the party on his downswing. After a couple exercises and letting his body then experience how it could then apply that force and let it transfer through to the club - we got a significant increase in club head speed, ball speed and of course distance!

@@GRFGolf you know your method really interests me, but I just can’t see that jump movement you promote in any of the students. Unless my eyes are going but just don’t see that jump at impact.

@@DIOS10 It's very subtle in the real swing. It's a move within moves. You'll really notice it with long drive players.

This is the bit no making sense to me Marcus after our lesson - I am loading in to the ground early as instructed but when I unload earlier the club releases way too far - it’s not good at all and the irons are way to inconsistent

Skytrak tends to “underestimate” clubhead speed….so long as you are using the same “tool” to measure …an increase is an increase..! Love the comment regarding header “ only against England” ☘️☘️🙌
