In the summer of 1992, Ken, a university student from America, took a leap of faith and traveled to Ghana with a simple but profound mission: to reconnect with his African heritage. He had grown up hearing stories from his parents about their ancestors forced and inhumane removal from Africa, and now he was determined to see Africa for himself. With 9 friends and a blessing of his parents, they set out on their journey.
In Ghana, they were hosted by a Kaneshie family who embraced them with great love and remain friends to this day.
Three decades later, Ken returned to Kaneshie, a vibrant neighborhood in Accra, to reflect on his past visit and to see how his journey had shaped him.
This is his story of reconnecting with his host family and the community members he once knew, exploring the changes that have occurred over the past three decades.

Nice one but the only thing is you don't see Ghana in the title so does not draw attention or attack to any country
