Wow!!! That was amazing!! That park is huge!! You guys were speaking about driving for hours inside there!! That experience must have been exciting, in awe of nature, amazing, anticipating and a little frightening. At least that’s what I was feeling when hearing of a possible shutdown of the vehicle. Especially without WiFi and the distances. I loved the fact that the animals had the right of way 😂. And the beauty and diversity of them is amazing too. Animals in their natural habitats are so beautiful and unique. I’ve seen ostriches in captivity before but not so beautiful. The beautiful rich black plumage of the feathers were so stunning!! The elephants casually walking by. Wow!! The big herds!! Pure ecstasy!! Although I haven’t seen my favorite; the big cats; as yet. Etosha Park is a must see in Namibia!! Hey guys continue to bring these amazing gems to the world!! Much appreciated!!❤ If there is a part three, I really hope that it has some lions in action 😃
Thank you for your interest. That’s the amazing life we live in Africa. Always close to nature and using what we need and leaving the rest for another day. Vehicle shutdown was a real fright. The thought of pressing hard on gas pedal for 5 hours or meeting an elephant crossing the road was all to real. Thank goodness all went great. Being in the park you could watch these animals all day all night. It never gets old. The big cats are evasive, but we spot them every time we go there. My sister and I once drove in the midst of lions after a turn. They are so scary 😱 I love them, but would never want to see them that up close ever. Hope we get to see them in action one of these good days. Will absolutely share.
Thank you for this comment as that's the way we felt when we were experiencing it. The park is just slightly bigger than the State of New Jersey. I was scared but I remained calm because I knew as some point we would run into another vehicle. Was worried about a herd of Elephants passing and also Rhinos who could both damage the bus. The big Cats wasn't so worried about then as we were still moving at 8/10km per hour. Do hope you get to visit Namibia and i'll personally take you on this Safari. Much luv & respect
@@Caribbeanlivinginnamibia, totally agree, up close with them is scary proposition. Do luv seeing them but from a distance.

Yes, its massive the size of New Jersey
This was an unbelievable experience. Beautiful Lodge/Resort, abundance of wildlife, getting stuck for 40 mins with no one else in sight but remaining calm. Thankfully the vehicle never stopped plus when were in distress didn’t come across any of the animals who could have harmed us. Oh what a day.
