I'm a lucky guy. I had the privilege of growing up with the best of dads there is. Taught me tons and tons of stuff over the years. Followed your channel for the sheer joy of watching people learn stuff that my dad taught me and now you're teaching to other people. I'm 39 now. And i didn't realize in april of this year that i'd have only 3 months with dad, before cancer took him away. So. Appreciate every moment with your parents, because you'll never know when the time to part ways will come.
My condolences man, RIP. Lost my dad at the age of 16, but I was lucky enough to learn a lot from my dad. He was super handy and made probably 90% of our house, and lots of stuff in and around the house. My dad lost to cancer too, but over the course of about 14 months. Learned much on this channel since and I really appreciate it too
Hi, internet dad. I don’t watch your videos all the time, but I just wanted to say that I’m thankful for them all! I know sometime in the near future these videos will be extremely helpful to me.
All things I've learned before YT on my own because my father was never present. Thank you my brother for doing this for the younger guys. God bless you.
I really appreciate your videos. I'm adopted. Never met my birth parents. My adopted mom died when I was 12 and my adopted father wanted nothing to do with parenting. I tried to get him to teach me things like changing a tire, etc, (which he always shut down). He wanted nothing to do with me. I entered adulthood without the proper life skills most people my age had. I can't express how valuable these videos are. Good on you sir 👏
Bullish Bear Whisperer, you are priceless. Keep learning all you wish to know. Be confident that you CAN learn - to any level you want. I understand the destructive nature of rejection - but it DOES NOT define you. You are free to choose joy.
Thank you for mentioning the need to open up the drain valve at the bottom when you're done. Air contains water vapor; when compressed, it condenses in the tank and will rust it over time. It is so important to open that drain after each use. I have seen a rusted tank rupture under pressure from across the shop, and it's certainly not an experience I'd ever want to repeat!
My dad is working overseas, so I don't have someone to teach me these things. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely appreciate and love my dad, I also do understand why he needs to work away from us, plus he does his best to keep in touch with us in every way he can. I'm just grateful that there is someone like you, that is willing to teach such things that my dad would've taught me as well if he was here.
Thank you very much. My Dad left me an air compressor when he passed, and I didn’t want to risk using it, in case I did something wrong. I will give it a try, this weekend!
My wife told me about you, she saw it on Facebook, great job!!!! I am a chef let me know if you ever get questions about kitchen /food .....again great work!!!!
Rob, thank you. I just purchased an air compressor but had yet to learn how to use it. Your video was great, it incorporated the K.I.S.S. principle and was not good, not great but absolutely perfect in instruction! Again, thank you.
Hey dad! I just wanted to say keep doing what you're doing if you can, this channel of yours could be a great resource for a lot of people learning to be adults. I did not have a father to teach me these things after he passed when I was 14 so I could always search your channel for things like this. Thank you!
Thank you for this video! It’s a good refresher course for me as my son showed me how to use an air compressor before he moved away a few months ago, but I didn’t retain some of the information he shared. Now I think I can use this tool with confidence.
I'm not a little boy, I'm young woman) but I love your videos ❤️ me too early lost my dad, and thanks God for u🌺 it will be good see videos from mom💕 Thank you
Hi Dad, thank you for making videos like this. I never got to experience these kind of things with my own father who passed when I was a kid, and I can't help but crave for it sometimes. Watching you always makes me tear up and even just for a few minutes, I'd feel like my dad is still here with me.
Thanks a million! I honestly appreciate from the bottom of my heart the 'simple' knowledge you impart. It really has such an impact on those of us seeking just that simple concise knowledge. PS: Look forward to your 'corny' jokes. They are sooo entertaining! Lovem!
Great video! We definitely use one of these. Pump up the dingy, fenders and buoys. I also use to clean my fans lol . So many uses ... we appreciate you and love the sound effects 🤣🤣🤣
Повезло,что учил английский и теперь могу смотреть все эти видео. Мой папа не научит меня этому,но мне повезло что есть такие люди как вы) P.S.мне лень писать на английском
Wow, I've always been intimidated by those, thinking they're so complicated. Now it looks so easy. I guess the hardest part is finding all the little gold fittings and adapters to connect to different size tools & accessories. 1/4, 3/8, "universal", etc.
I lost my daddy on the 9th after his heart stopping too many times. I learned a few things but I was "daddy's little girl" (being the baby and his favorite) and didn't really get to be hands on in the 22 years I got to have him as my dad. He left me his house and everything with it. I have no idea how to fix the air compressor or how to cover the pipes for winter or how to fix the bathroom sink? Do you, by chance, have anything on how to do basic plumbing for a sink? It's not clogged, just has loose pipes I need to switch out, I just don't know how to do it. Thank you for making these videos. I didn't think I'd need them any time soon but stuff changes so quickly.
Hi, this may have already been mentioned, but the valve at the bottom of the tank is actually a drain to get rid of the moisture that collects in the tank. At the end of your video you tilted the tank back to let air out of the bottom valve, but tightened it again without setting it level, which didn’t allow any water to drain out. It’s a good idea to let it sit level with the bottom valve open for a while at the end of each day of use, otherwise the water will rust the inside of the tank and eventually eat a hole in the bottom.
Do you recommend Craftsman brand versus other brands? The reason I ask, is because my Dad only used Craftsman tools and I was wondering if you felt the same and if you think the cost of the Craftsman air compressor is worth the investment, versus other brands that aren’t as expensive? Thank you for all your videos! So so appreciate them all!
Hi dad! Can you make a video about making food? My parents only ever cooked spaghetti so I want to start learning more things before I move out just to live off of but I realized I don't even know what to make. Whenever I ask my friends what they usually eat I just get an "I don't know" or "you know, normal food" so I have no idea where to start
Hmm, i had a pancake one once and couldn't get it to air up my tire; i assumed it was broken - especially now after hearing you say you used one to air up your tires. I'd rather fill a tank and tote it to my truck. Please tell me this - assuming that a 7 gal. 100 psi portable air tank will inflate a flat 16" tire to 40psi (will it?), what size 110v compressor is needed to fill that air tank to 100psi? A 7 gallon one? IDK I like taking a portable tank on the road just in case i need to plug and fill - and to top off my tires at the house without lugging the compressor to my truck.. Thank you! ssuemed
How long would you say it takes for the pressure to build? Mine wasn't filling up. Followed all directions from the manual and videos. I'm thinking it's the air compressor itself that would suck or the outlet not having enough power which the manual states to check. Where I live doesn't have the proper electrical wiring throughout the house so the sockets cannot handle much power before everything shuts off.
If possible Can you please make a video on how to build a computer desk using engineered wood sheets at home and save money? or just how to make the computer table on our own . Thank you :)

Hey, Dad!!! I love coming home from school to watch your videos!!!
I lost my dad a decade ago this year and I appreciate having someone that can teach me the things he wasn't able to. Thank you so much, sincerely. :)

I inherited one of these and was only told, "Don't let water stay in it." Huh? Thanks for the lesson! Very informative!

How do you use a generator? After the snow freeze, everyone told me to get a generator. But where does it go?

It should take less than 5 minutes to fill up.
Is the release screw turned all the way in? The air could be escaping through that….
Thank you so much 🙏🏼 exactly what I needed to know.
Uma pena que o canal não tem legenda em português... 😕🇧🇷
Thanks Pops!
Bro imagine needing this channel 😂😂😂😂💀💀💀
If possible Can you please make a video on how to build a computer desk using engineered wood sheets at home and save money?
or just how to make the computer table on our own .
Thank you :)
What happens if the remaining air is not completely emptied? rust can ruin the tank internally and we didn't even know.
Yes
very thorough . awesome ...
Luv u 🥺💗💗
Thanks
