I say you should make whatever video you think would be most fun for you, but personally i'd love another video on multiversus character appreciation! especially all the character moves references and voice lines is so cool! thanks for the amazing videos!
Frankly I love both ideas. They're just both different types of shows, so it makes the most sense to focus on one. But I'm not against even trying to do both. As long as people understand the upload rate might suffer in the interest of quality.
I saw that last video and subscribe out of the dedication to the video. I would love the Dreamcast. It would be so much fun to brainstorm ideas and find a way to fit as many references as possible.
I have two cool character concepts for DreamCast -KO from OK K.O., a range heavy Bruiser with a rage meter turning him into TKO -Gumball, a moveset where he's disadvantaged, but always ends up on top, a mage...maybe the more he runs from his opponent, the more powerful his attacks get, ie he got stuff to fight with around the school
Lol, came up with an interesting one, Yugo from Wakfu. A mage character who creates portals, shoots lasers, creates portal lasers, Wakfu swords and flies. I know not everyone's gonna know who he is, but the best thing about MultiVersus is that it gives opportunities to unknown characters and puts them in a spotlight..

I think the dream cast seems like what you're passionate about and is more uniquely you and I'd love to see that!

...Stuff like a fire extinguisher, dodgeball, invisible car and hadouken would fit well with his moveset

Your Multiversus character video was great. I think both ideas are great, but leaning towards Dream Cast, just to see some of your creativity.
