Well as we are speaking astronomy.
The Earth has our second moon in our obit again at the moment. It will obit the Earth twice before proceeding on its natural orbiting projector.

Do you find the sparmax bullet filter makes the brush easier to hold or any less or more fatiguing? Thinking of getting one myself tbh

Yes, I do find the filters (any of the brands that sit under the brush) very comfortable, plus they are also fantastic at stopping moisture for getting through your lines. 😉

Just a little knowledge about a meteor / comet P59 better known as Halley's comet.
Back in the 80's NASA launched the Rosetta mission that filed to land safely due to radiation destroying the gunpowder that was to launch the grab hooks of the landing craft.
Causing it to bounce along the surface until it got lodged under a crevice where the solar panels couldn't gain access to light thus hindering the mission.
Slowly gaining some samples of the comet before returning back to Earth.
The comet P59 is slowly braking apart due to dry water particles exploding with in the comet it self.
This Intel was gained by myself at a conference with NASA's pilot of the Rosetta mission just a few years ago...

I remember Halleys Comet, it was in the 80's and we went down to the local football oval to see if we could get a glimpse (with a bunch of other people who had also gathered there)...I remember my parents buying me a fridge magnet which I looked at daily remembering how excited I was about the whole experience 😉 Thanks for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏻

That looks fantastic. It would be a great purely black and white exersize to practice shading with.

Nice, but I don't like the Surface you're spraying on.
I'm missing Instructions on how to best work with the Airbrush on Metal, PVC, Wood or even Glass.
My first Major Project is to freshen up the boring Living Room Table a bit :)

thank you , as you are not liking canvas as a surface would you prefer to see more art on Aluminium panel or synthetic paper ? Or do you have any other suggestions, would love to hear your thoughts ? 🤔

@@AirbrushAsylum , It doesn't matter whether it's metal or a completely different surface.
The main thing is that it's not canvas :)
I just don't like it for Airbrush use.

Awesome artwork, I wouldn't mind trying it one day. Can I ask about mixing transparent paint what ratio of transparent base to reducer to paint do you typically use or is this colour dependent and do you test it beforehand? I also have some Trident paints but I'm quite new to airbrushing.

    • @AirbrushAsylum
      @AirbrushAsylum  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

Thank you 🙏🏻 you should definitely give it a go when you get the chance , in regards to trans base I don’t use a specific formula (prob should 😂) just start with trans base and add some colour you can use drops as trident is fairly strongly pigmented when you are satisfied with the transparency (you can use a brush or finger to smudge it out to test) then gradually add some reducer , I’d prob start with around 10-20% and then slowly increase if you find it is not spraying as you like it…your humidity and overall environment where you are airbrushing will also vary how the paint flows. Hope that helps 👍🏻😉
