Pretty sure the arrow would not keep uo in dog fight in anything made after the 2000 but might have a chance with thrust retiring tech abd speed but would be a great inter enter abs strategic strick bomber not fight
The CF-105 was designed as a twin-engine, long-range, high-wing delta, all-weather supersonic interceptor. The aircraft was built to fly at Mach 2 and reach altitudes of 60,000 feet. There would be no other plane in sight to dogfight where the Arrow could go except the U2, SR-71, A-12. The Arrow’s complement of AIM-4 Falcon missiles, were to be carried internally. Each would be lowered for attack on its own launch rail.
well that was a nice one ... excellent cliff hanger spot too ... . what I never will understand is why when taking on a solo ship they dont overwhelm it with munitions so the defence systems cant get everything ... heck ... 100 harms ... and she is going poof ... cuz she wont get more than 70 to 80% of the attacking harms ... and its not like a sub can take out any ..
