  • What are the three types of running shoes?
    When it comes to running shoes, there are three main types of shoes: motion control, stability and neutral. Learn about the three types of running shoes and find out which running shoes are best for your feet.
    What is a motion control shoe?
    Motion control shoes help with moderate or severe pronation (feet roll in). This type of shoe will have a Rollbar technology with medial or lateral posting.
    What is a stability shoe?
    Stability shoes help with pronation (feet roll in). Stability shoes will most often be lighter weight and less than a motion control.
    What is a neutral shoe?
    Neutral shoes are highly cushioned and made for a neutral foot or for those who supinate (feet roll out).

    Hi Team, i went to sports store in florida, they made me run on a treadmill and recommended Brooks GTS adrenaline (Stability shoe). since then iam using this shoe to run indoor (on a tread mill) and outdoors. Can you please recommend a nice stability shoe from under armor. saucony, New balance thats as good as Brooks.

      @LuckyFeetShoes  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I am not sure about Under Armor or Saucony as we don't personally deal with those brands. The New Balance 860 and 1260 are great options for stability. The 860 is very comparable to the Adrenaline GTS from Brooks. I hope this helps!

    Thanks !

      Motion control is a great option for Plantar Fasciitis! We always show people minimum stability and recommend motion control when dealing with a tough case of Plantar Fasciitis.

      Are you wearing supportive shoes? Plantar fasciitis can indeed be extremely painful but in many cases, we can minimize the pain with supportive shoes.
