Ideal for low income youths in India and especially in these lock down periods. In USA, where I live for past 20 years, it's luxury considering the limited resources with which I grew up until I left India.

      @@sureshmolabanti4268 included desi a2 cow ghee, peanut butter in diet for good fats. For zinc, I had nariyal pani and sometimes had tulasi leaves. For Vitamin D I sat under the morning 7 am to 9am sunlight for 20 mins. Included gym in my routine life. Took sufficient rest. Completely avoided junk. I watched standup comedies on youtube to relieve stress.
